I went into the store because I was having a problem getting my first responder discount over the phone. I was lucky enough to have Ramasch assist me. I was blown away by his custom service. He went above & beyond making sure I was getting my appropriate discounts and informed me of perks I was entitled to that I was not aware of. He was also able to rectify the problem, and I was able to get my first responder discount.

They were more than glad to accept my $$$, but they didn't deliver the phones when they promised. The salesperson discouraged us from going to a different store, looking for quicker delivery of the phones.

We placed a phone order with Verizon Phone Support for a updated internet router. Our home internet has consistently been poor with Verizon. We were told to pick up the router at this location. We discovered at home that we were given a box sleve that said extender, not router, the incorrect directions and were unable to get the router to work. That night and the following morning we spoke to phone support and were told to return to the store to exchange. The clerk would do nothing to help except to say that no exchanges were allowed. The staff at this store give Verizon a bad name.

I went to this Verizon yesterday and I immediately got help from Elsie who works there. She greeted us with a smile and asked us what we needed help with. She was very professional throughout the whole process and helped us find answers to our questions. To be honest I haven't had such great customer service in a long time and she was excellent at it. This retailer store is definitely the place to come to. Thanks Elsie.

This location equipment can be dropped off so that can be convenient. The staff are friendly and professional,but they were not able to get me a good quote. One staff was able to get me a quote and it was great. I came back about 2 weeks later and the other representative was having problems putting my name in the system and getting me a reasonable quote. It may not be their fault, but I had to go to Optimum due to the issues.

I was dropping FIOS equipment off and had a few questions regarding problems with my cell phone. The gentleman helping me was extremely informative and helpful, at no time did he pressure me he even said the offer he gave me to upgrade was valid at anytime. Thank you.
