No idea what they are doing there. Went to get a tax exempt card from them and no one knew how to do it. What should have been a 5 minute quick thing took 2 hours for no reason. Terrible experience and terrible management

Ordered tires online for installation at the Islandia NY automotive location. For 2 days I tried calling auto department and they would not pick up. The operator said she would page them overhead and transfer me. They still wouldn't pick up the phone. After 10 minutes of getting kicked back to the operator she then got belligerent with me and hung up. I decided to cancel my $500 order. I called customer relations and Spoke with Danish Ahmed he was absolutely ZERO HELP, in rectifying the situation . He kept firing off generic emails stating how " Walmart values your business" and wanting to "Rectify your situation". I provided multiple solutions, basicly doing his job, to which he responded no. Mind you these solutions didn't require the company to loose any money, nothing asked was for free. They lost a customer and I will be copying and pasting this on numerous review boards. Shop at Target instead. At least they answer their phones.

Just had my car serviced. I am extremely pleased with Mr Jean Jasmin. He explained things thoughly. The work was done great. Very satisfied.

Called to see if they had something in stock because Walmart websites have a habit of saying something is in stock when in fact it's not. Went to 2 different stores both stating item was in stock. Both locations didn't have them. Wasted my gas money and my time driving around. Today I called a different t store because the website is unreliable and had a difficult time getting hold of a real person. Finally someone answered and transferred the call but nobody picked up. I finally gave up. Walmart sucks

Havnt left a store this angry in a long time. No wonder Amazon is pummeling Walmart. The RUDE guy in the electronics department wouldn't match a 5$ price difference in the Walmart website (sold by Walmart same location lol) and said "online is always cheaper. So buy it online we don't price match!" I went to customer service and they wanted me to go back and deal with the rude A$$ that thinks he can talk any which way he'd like to people and tell him that customer service said it's ok. I think not. I'll buy it on Amazon for more money just to not have to be in that run down heap of a store for one more minute. Me. My business account, and all of my vendors will be removing Walmart from our suppliers list. What a waste of an hour of time.

" You can't shine poop " is the tag line for this defeated Walmart. It attracts the worst bottom feeders Long Island has to offer. The parking lot is compact and the carts are all over. The store usually looks like it was picked up, shaken and put back down for customers to dwell around aimlessly through. Not every Walmart is a pit. Some are quite nice and run like the mgmt care. This one...the towel has been thrown in a long time ago.

On 5/24/21 @ 11:00am I go to do a oil change for the first time at this store. The staff is so unprofessional and rude. I got there and another customer took my spot, I complaint and the lady say first come first serve but I was there before him. Then when they finish and I am ready to pay the cashier so slow. It took me two hours just to do a simple stuff that only takes no more than thirty minutes. I will never come again.Invoice #485700 99992.
