I had to call the store about my online order and the representative seemed like she didn’t want to help me because she didn’t even ask for my name. When I asked to speak to a manager, it just kept ringing. I called back several times and it just kept ringing. I went to the store to speak with a manager and she told me that only one person per shift is qualified to answer the phone. She said that she will ask the store manager if more people can get trained on answering the phone because I told her that it’s terrible customer service. How much training do they need to say, “Hi, Thank you for calling Walmart. How may I help you?”

The manager Silvia is not professional at all. They need to re train her. I purchased an air mattress 2 days ago. Today I returned it as it wasn't holding air. I came with my receipt and was told they do not take air mattress back. I looked at the woman and said how was I supposed to know that prior to purchasing the item. To which she said it says it on the box. I asked for her to show me but of course the box doesn't say that. I explained I purchase it 2 days ago and I have my receipt. My receipt doesn't say it can't be returned if open. How are we suppose to know if it works if we don't open the box. She said I can exchange it only. I simply asked for store credit as I wanted to try another Walmart for a different brand they didn't have at this location. The manager Silvia refused and said she has to follow procedure. She told me to return it at the other location. I explained how do I know when I get there, that they won't tell me I have to return it at the store I purchased it at. Like really I just wanted store credit so I didn't have to deal with this nonsense. Isn't an exchange the same. You are respending your money at Walmart. The manager Silvia has no people skills. I have worked behind the customer service desk of dept stores. I know the manager can over ride the return but Silvia choose not to. After calling the store and explaining what happened the nice Lady in HR told me to come back in. I did get a return back on my credit card. Silvia could of made my life and her life a lot easy by simply giving me store credit.

Funny no bags and you check yourself out and no discount when they make a ton of money from my efforts. People harass you at self-checkout checking my cart and are annoying and they do it all the time and make me feel uncomfortable. Even went through my cart to tell I paid to much for a shirt and reason for checking cart was their words i brough to much stuff what?

The customer service was beyond unsatisfactory. Very unhappy with Janice attitude and lack of respect to customers. Seriously, we went in for a 268.80 cart of groceries and had to run home to grab the physical card since Walmart pay didn’t work. Then the price after rescanning came to 288.21. Big difference for a low income family. Please retrain your employees not to rush out customers just because they want to go home on time.

The Walmart has employees Genis and the manager Sylvia were highly unprofessional and the fact it’s 2024 and Walmart does not take Apple Pay is the most ridiculous of all. Have us waiting in line because the Walmart pay isn’t working through all major credit cards including AMeX and Apple and discover. Shame on Walmart not shopping here
