Avoid Avoid and Avoid, the last time I posted about being over charge I did it on the 7-11 app. That was useless because the comments only go to the store owner who states nonsense about prices weren't changed. One they are under staffed, expect long lines or the only counter person making pizza. Second item prices shown on shelf are absolutely meaningless. Expect to pay more Third always count your change. This week I made a $4.08 purchase I was given $4 change when I handed the counter person $10.10. I corrected her but this was not the 1st time this happen. Lastly today I was charge a different price for the ice coffee because the counter person rang it up as a large fountain soda. Ok granted could happen but it should it happen 3 or 4 times in a the same month????? If you must purchase anything from this store watch out. Look at the prices, carefully look at the screen as items are rung up and most importantly count your change before putting back into your wallet. Today with a line behind me I loudly and clearly stated you guys constantly over charge me, F&@$@ it and walked out leaving my 2 items on the counter. It wasn't about the 61 cents I was being over charged it's about poor business practices.

I have been going to this 711 for the past 2 + years, and I live down the block from the 711 located on Lowell Ave. We drive a few minutes out of our way DAILY to this store because it has a much better selection, is much cleaner, and all the employees are amazing to deal with. However for the past 2 months, they have had issues accepting and processing credit cards. It started with one register, then both, then down to one - now back to both. The lines get long, tempers flare, and MOST people dont carry cash these days. The staff gets verbally abused by irate customers daily, and if I didnt know them as well as I do then I would be one of those furious customers. I have been informed the owners have BEEN aware of this situation, yet REFUSE to just replace or fix the machines and it's now gotten to the point we are about to just start going to yet another 711 (maybe the one just north of Sunrise on Carleton Ave). I feel terrible for the staff, and I have found myself ready to absolutely flip over waiting on line and luckily my girl keeps me in check most of the time. I am here SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, usually twice. The staff deserves better and so do we as customers. Fix your credit card machines, it's ridiculous to be still dealing with this months later. I would give 5 stars but I am being generous with 3 at this point.

Best 711 on Long Island! Always super clean with a great variety of products. The best thing about this location is definitely the management and staff! They are super friendly and helpful. They also carry a great variety of energy drinks multiple flavors of each brand!

This is one of my favorite 7/11s. It's bigger then most, they have lots of options for drinks, and snacks. I go out of my way sometimes to go to this one.
