Took forever to reach someone. Had two phone lines going. Got someone who then told us they sent us virtual temporary cards for me new car and then they didn't. We called again and again. We've been waiting here for 5hours to drive my new car out of the dealership. I know their office is still open. This is ridiculous.Review Edit:They need more people. I finally got the card but it really has been almost 6 hours. I feel bad that they left one person in this office to deal with everything. This is why we don't underhire and overwork. I wish Ms. Mary the best and have changed my review to a 3 star just because she was so nice and I feel terrible that she was left in the office by herself. Rule of thumb at any business is to deal with the live person in front of you before you deal with the phone and when things get busy it is beyond stressful to be dealing with people in front of you while a phone is ringing off the rails.

We were looking for homeowners insurance. State Farm wasn't able to write a policy for us.They were very honest and supplied us with some great ideas on how to get the policy we needed.
