Awesome Morning Greeting, as you enter by a Senior clerk behind the counter. He made me feel welcomed. All the workers on the floor, were helpful. Safe experience. Coffee selection is fantastic. The ? blueberry coffee tasted fabulous. No complaints from me.

On the 7 Eleven app there is an option to scan your items on your phone and mobile pay, then when you walk out the app give you a QR code to scan at the door to verify that you paid then leave. It is a form of contactless shopping added because of the pandemic. I did this one night (paid for my stuff and scanned) and walked out. Only to have the store attendant run out of the store and yell at me that I didn’t pay. I told him I used the mobile scan and pay feature on my phone and he said that I didn’t, even though I could see in my phone that it charged my card. If your company rolls out new tech to make it easier on your customers to shop train your employees on it. Instead of having attendants yell at customers in the parking lot. I will never come back to this 7-11.

Up until tonight this was my favorite 711 been going here ever since I moved to Islip but tonight I was accused of stealing a bottle of beer from a six pack that I did not steal I work a full time job at Stony Brook Hospital and I do not need to steal a bottle of beer or anything guy comes to my car says that he knows that I stole a bottle of beer then I got out and told him I didn't steal anything he wouldn't believe me I told him to search me and search my car but he didn't he just continued to tell me that he knows that I stole a beer I'll never give them my business again!

Why is this the only store that I have seen with a coin shortage sign on door? My total came to $5.21 and gave a twenty dollar bill . Got $14 back.. No change.. I asked and got an attitude. Why should I literally pay the price for them not having change. The store should take the hit.

Been going to this location since I moved to Islip in 1984. Coffee is good and the staff is helpful. Usually buy lotto tickets here at this location.Several years ago I bought a Wiffle ball set here and started to play ball in my yard again.
