If I could I give no stars ! 3/11/25 walked in purchasing many items I left on counter told cashier I’ll be back as I go get tacos he scanning my items without me telling him in the middle of me getting food tall mf tells me can you pay first I said excuse me ? He said pay so I can close out cashier I said no one told him to scan my stuff . I said is that how you treat your customers and walked out telling him I’d leave a review he said “go ahead idc” I said okay & looking upon here seems like everyone got an issue with the employees there . And it’s not my first time going there where I encounter an issue with employees . Smh sad .

$3.49 mix and match any pastries. Until your at the counter and it's $5.05 because by mix and match any pastries they did not mean the ones you picked. No integrity. Bait and switch.

The cashier ANWER was very rude he said we were wasting his time and couldn’t give us like a box to put in the mini tacos so we had to GET A HOT DOG BOX and put the tacos inside he was also acting really rude and unfriendly I would never come back to this place.

PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN YOU GONIN TO CLAIM LOTTERY WINNINGS, THEY GUY SCAN MY TICKET, SAID THE MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING, NEXT 7B11 SAID THE PROCE WAS CLAIMED ALREADY.

No wonder they have such great reviews they are the best around. Many 711s in our area are OK but these guys stand out above all for their professionalism and treat everyone very politely. My favorite place in town!

Stopped in to use that bathroom and grab a coffee since no one in NY let's you use the bathrooms. The manager hashaam and the staff were really friendly and kind. The the store and the bathroom were clean!! The coffee was fresh and hot full of freshness taste.

Went to this 7-11 on 08/23/23 as i was doing laundry next door and the employee ANWER was very rude upon entering just because i entered with a small pet but which i was carrying. As i’m shopping i noticed store was very unorganized as there was no price tags on anything or if there was it was wrong tags. Went to make a coffee on the machine but machine was down so went to the other machine but then i noticed flies around which is not good. then i saw the coffee grind which they use to make coffee was open and out in the open for the flies to get into which i have pics of which is very gross and unsanitary. on top of that i bought some stuff and everything i brought was pretty much expired and the guy said he can’t give a a refund because i paid with card which is odd. Also don’t count on getting any hot food from there because food is so old and gross, wouldn’t feed that to the rats they prolly have. also iced coffee bar has been down for while wonder that will ever get fixed

Very clean family owned (not corp), coffees always hot?, you ever get a cup of coffee from 7s and it’s cold when you get in your car! Never happens at this location!! Always hot.

After recently moving in the area, it truly is a struggle to pick your home 7/11 because there is usually 5 within a couple minutes of each other. I’m here to tell you to not waste your time and hard earned money anywhere else except this 7/11. The staff here, the service, the cleanliness/ the inventory etc. I could write an essay on the positives of this location, if you asked me if there was a negative I would tell you the only thing I don’t like is that there isn’t 2 of this exact location.

Walked into this 7-11 on a hot day and needed a refreshment. My man Hashaam behind the counter noticed just how parched I was and recommended the best drink I’ve ever had. He gave me some great tips and advice as well which I will likely take to the grave.
