If I could give this business negative stars, I would every time I walk in every single time nasty 100% believe the manager is full on racist. Unfortunately all my business accounts are with Chase and I live in Islip so I am stuck coming here. The only people who are decent are the tellers. The officers nasty rude every manager since I've lived here is always so short and rude. I dread everytime I walk into this place

Made an online appointment to meet with Dennis Boucher at this location for noon today. Got a text message and 3 emails. So I come in and no Dennis. Why did this branch schedule me then? Now I gotta wait 30 minutes from what I'm told. My son was excited about opening his first account and this is Chase way of saying "welcome"?? FOH and they had an attitude with me on top of that? Lol smh oh and they tried to send us to bayshore... is it because that town has more of my kind? Idk idk

FIX THE DOOR TO THE ATMS. This door for the outside ATM room has been freely open for MONTHS its unsafe and random people hangout in here. Get on that and let me know when you do i have an elderly mother who I have to come here with constantly because of this issue. Do better.

Chase Bank in Islip New York- awesome customer service . Had an issue with a vendor who charged my card over a month ago- and has yet to deliver what was ordered - with no way to cancel the order. Contacted Chase in Islip New York this morning and explained the situation - and asked how I could get my money back when I can't get hold of the vendor. Chase told me they would appeal it and issue me an adjustment/reversal to my account TODAY. Yes, TODAY. That was this morning. I just got a notification that the full amount has been credited back to my account- a mere 3 hours later. Thank you, Chase, for always having your customers' backs.

Lol. Chase "private client" here. Just stopped in this branch to ask about a check that was kicked back from the online deposit app. A guy in an office and one in a cubical kind of looked me over as I came in ( I was holding the paperwork in my hand and dressed in jeans/sweatshirt), but there was no one at the information desk, so I waited for a teller. Told her the problem, and she said you should show it to one of the bankers and points towards the cubicals. As I turn around to walk over, the guy gets up out of the cubical and walks away. Great service! I'm not sure why I bank here.

Really?! the ATM isn't in the same building as the bank. It's in a little space next door. Annoying The closest chase to me, the one on sunrise hwy moved to this location. Pretty upset. 10 min drive! Haven't used the service inside. Just the ATM, next door!
