Appointments are honored, though walk-ins are assisted right away. Some customers report their manicure or pedicure polish chipping within days, while others have been loyal for many years.

Have been going to Diamond Star for many years. Always clean and professional. I usually make an appointment with Michelle but have had no issues as a walk in. Accommodating and friendly.
