“Ricky is the best. He exceeded all expectations. I had gone to him looking for an engagement ring, and described everything that I was looking for. He has a great inventory in store that he was able to show me similar options, confirm everything that I wanted, and offer great advice and recommendations. He is not pushy at all, gave me a clear timeline of how long it would take for drawings and delivery of the custom ring, along with an extremely reasonable price and told me to take as much time as I need, shop around, and comeback if I want to purchase it. There was no questions, I bought it that same day. The drawings were sent to me for approval and I was able to talk with him on the phone to ask questions about the design and make any changes if I wanted to. The ring was finished even earlier than he originally said, and it is absolutely beautiful. The ring is everything i wanted and more and my fiancé couldn’t be happier. I have since gone back to Ricky for other Jewelry and will continue to use him in the future. 10/10.”

“We visited Devin Jewelers yesterday for the first time in our 8 years living in Northport. The store was immaculate and inviting and nicely appointed, and Tina could not have been more warm, receptive, and helpful.We brought in 3 wristwatches requiring battery replacements and she told us it would take about 15 minutes to be complete.To our delight, all was done in minutes by a young man who brought them out to the countertop, and we were charged a very modest and fair price for the task.Devin Jewelers is certainly a shop to visit for your jewelry, gift and repair needs. They have beautiful pieces, and nicely designed store, and wonderful people there to serve you, right down Larkfield Road in Northport.”
“The prices were respectable and frankly I can't complain about them. The service was STELLAR, and almost seemed free if you consider the usual retail prices for silver.TLDR: They shortened a chain to my perfect length, made a bracelet from the spare links, and made a new bail for my pendant, making no fuss about any of it whatsoever throughout the whole process. And I can't emphasize enough how reasonable their prices are if you need any work done.Steve was beyond helpful. (I'm pretty sure Amanda) was lovely and helped me find the perfect chain, but it was way longer than I wanted. Not only did Steve shorten the chain for me, they are also turning the spare length into a bracelet! Steve even measured the chain on me to make sure that the length I wanted matched the length I asked for. On top of that, I have a pendant that's incredibly important that I wanted to put on one of their chains, but the bail was beaten to heck and way too small. They added a new, sturdy bail and attached it for me.All in all, two sterling silver chains, a bail, shortening a chain, and putting a rush on all of it only cost me a couple hundred. STELLAR service, beautiful people, and I intend to go there for ALL of my jewelry needs because of those two. (Not just to purchase, but also maintenance and miscellaneous work)”
