That place is horrible. I took my 3-year-old daughter and they took her blood. And they made a hole in his vein and even in his foot.

No stars###They can't tell you how long to wait, I thought it would leave in a maximum of 1 hour and I'm still here. I haven't passed. It's been almost 2 hours and there are still 2 more people left. It's incredible that they should hire more staff because we pay for that attention through insurance. I lost my job in the afternoon.

Very friendly staff. They were also very professional. The woman who drew my blood did a great job - I am one of the challenging patients who they have to stick a few times; she got it right away so I was there less than 10 minutes total!

Zero stars for the zero integrity shown by the staff. Scheduled an appointment for my new job screening online for 1:15pm which meant I needed to leave my job early that day. All fine right? Wrong! I show up and the lady behind the desk said I was too late for that type of appointment to be performed. Nowhere, and I mean nowhere, on the online form does it say they stop accepting employment screenings after a certain time. Absolutely ridiculous.

Lab work on Long Island is nothing short of a headache. First Visit: Every employee was gathered around in the reception area trying to figuring out a register being off somewhere around $25-$32 on a random day about 8 months ago. They refused to take patients during this time, disregarding appointments. Recent visit: I was called up to hand in my paperwork, told wait one second, so since it's one second I didn't sit back down... and proceeded to see the employee plop down put my paperwork on the desk and take out her phone and start playing on it. After two minutes she looks up and said "oh, I said give me a second... take a seat. Proceeded to wait another 10,15 minutes for her to read my one page prescription and say if they can take me....Their only pro is the staff is actually good at taking blood, which is why I may return. When I don't mind wasting my morning.

The employees are the nastiest, rudest people I've ever dealt with. They act like their doing you a favor. The tone in their voices are disgusting. Never again...

Horrible place, extremely rude and unprofessional staff, I don’t understand how they still open. The lab corp, management should do something about this location, or maybe not most of the complaints are from Hispanics. I don’t think they care. Going to other lab.

horrible service. i had to wait so long just so they can check my paperwork. i had to wait even more just so they can give me the receipt. the woman at front desk was giving us an attitude. didn’t want to give us my receipt. never coming back.
