I was very happy with the entire team at the Moving and Storage Center of Long Island from my first phone call with Bob to the unpacking and placement of my furniture by their team of movers. Everyone that I dealt with took the time to make sure I was happy and they truly went above and beyond to make sure the entire move was done right. Their pricing was very fair, their entire staff was extremely professional and they did a great job making sure we were happy with the furniture placement. I highly recommend speaking to them before your next move!

Only praise here. They moved us out of Long Island, stored our furniture, and moved us into New Jersey. The movers were friendly and careful. Office staff worked with us on every question.

I have used The Moving and storage center 2 times and both times were so professional. The crew works so well together that they are so efficient. Also Bob the owner was so accommodating with the dates and times I wanted that it really made my move less stressful. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a moving company.

The two movers that we had were absolutely amazing ! fast efficient and extremely nice ! Bob at the office was amazing setting this all up for me and the correspondence was wonderful . thank you for doing such a great job at a difficult time I would definitely use them again! Rob and his team have been absolutely amazing! They moved me out of my NJ apartment into one of their storage units. When the movers arrived they were on-time, extremely professional, careful with my items, and fast. They truly made my move out a breeze. Every item was carefully wrapped up with blankets and plastic wrap to protect it during the move. They even took an extra box of mine that I was going to move but was too heavy for me. They moved everything directly into the storage unit for me as well. It was so convenient and helpful to have both moving and storage! I cannot say enough great things about my moving experience. Rob’s pricing was fair and he has been a pleasure to work with. I will be using them for my next move and will be recommending everyone I know. Thank you Rob and thank you to your team!!!

I would recommend the Moving and Storage Center of Long Island to anyone who wants to deal with a place they can trust. Rob was extremely pleasant and made sure to provide me with a unit that was according to my needs. You can tell they are family orientated and want to make sure their customers are Happy and satisfied. Every time I called and left a message my call was returned within the next 10min. This is definitely a place that stands by their word. Thank you for everything!!

I'm only halfway through my move, the team carefully packed my house contents to go in storage while we look for a house out of state. The men were hard-working, professional, and courteous. They were respectful of our furniture and house contents as well as the house. The crew worked well together and were efficient. The owner Bob was helpful during the preparation! Now on to find a house to put my contents back in!

I need to start off by saying Terrance McCray, Miguel, and Chauncey are hands down THE BEST movers I've ever had! These wonderful gentlemen had to move all my personal belongings from my lower basement apartment in Long Island, to my 3rd floor walk up in Manhattan. My couch just barely fit through the door but they were able to get it in without any damage at all. They treated everything as if it was their own belongings. It was a hot summer rainy day but they powered through. These men were perfect and I can't stop saying good things about them. Unfortunately their manager/supervisor Bob did not notify them that they would be moving my stuff to a 3rd floor walk up. To keep things professional, I will only say that it was a very unfair decision on his part to not be transparent to his employees. I hope Terrance McCray, Miguel, and Chauncey will be treated better by their employer going forward. These gentlemen deserve much better. Due how they were treated I can only give 4 stars

I called to get prices on the larger storage units to set up a rental. I need pricing on the 10x10- 10x20 range of units. Bob picked up the phone and I asked how he was and he said hello again. I asked directly for the pricing and he tried to sell me on moving services. He was also asking me where I lived. I said I have everything set up already and I was interested in pricing only. He gave me two completely inflated prices.$500-750 for a storage unit?? When everyone else in the area is offering $380 plus tax for a 10x20??As soon as he gave me the prices I said "okay thank you" and he hung up on me. I called back to inquire about availability and dates and also mentioned that he hung up on me and he kept trying to go in circles about how he thought I said goodbye and that I was the one who misunderstood him.I'll laugh if the "owner" replies to this saying "there is no record of an Emily ever calling and speaking with Bob".

My story is long but the shortened version is this company picked up my moving job from another business to whom did not have the resources to move us from NY to PA. MSCLI jumped in to assist on short notice to perform the move at the same price. I cannot recommend this company more for their staff was highly professional and extremely friendly through the 2 day job. Thank you Rob and Team!!
