“I cannot offer enough praise to the entire staff at East Islip Animal Hospital. My cat very suddenly became ill and I was a nervous wreck. Shannon, Rich, Amanda, Jeanette, Graciela and everyone did an incredible job of not only educating me on how to treat my beloved pet, but offered the compassion and understanding that went above and beyond. They are there for you every step of the way. I’m so happy to have found a doctor and staff who offer constant support”
“I decided to try this Vet it is close to home and was highly recommended. I was surprised I was able to get a appt. within 24 hours. I have to say this Vet office was spotless, so clean and updated. The staff was very nice and welcoming. We met with Dr. Haley Knopf.. She explained the problem Daisy was having gave her a shot and some meds to put on her paw. We had a follow up appt. and all went well. Our furry friends are like our children and we only want the best for them. I highly recommend Commack Vet. Center on Motor Parkway in Commack.
Had another visit to the Vet and once again very happy with the care. Daisy had a ear infection and she is a very good girl well behaved and they were able to clean her ears and apply a solution. The staff is so good and they take the time to talk to your pet. Can't say enough about this Vet.”

“I took my Pitbull to Twins Vet for the first time this week. This vet was recommended by my coworker. They were amazing! From the receptionist to the vet assistant to the vet. The vet was very thorough, he answered all my questions, he didn’t seem like he was in a rush, he was so great and loving with my dog. Everyone had great attitudes, very friendly, the office was very clean and they treated my dog as loving as I do. I would 100% be staying with them. They were also very affordable.”
“Dr. Kim and staff are wonderful. They explain things thoroughly and give options for treatment. My cat, Riley, was not happy to be there, but they were gentle with her and she remained calm. I highly recommend them.”

“We thought our Labrador Retriever swallowed an engagement ring. She has a habit of eating things she shouldn’t and East End is always there for us. They were calm and professional (and calmed us down, too.) We found the ring later after the vet assured us it wasn’t inside our dog. The cat had swatted it off the sink counter and it was hidden inside a bag! We appreciate everyone at East End.”

“Dr. Cronin is incredibly caring, kind and humane with you and your fur babies. She's honest, transparent and explains everything to you so that you make an informed decision. She doesn't manipulate you into getting unnecessary things that won't help your vet reach a diagnosis. And if what is needed is something out of her expertise, she will provide a referral to a trusted expert. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Dr. Cronin and her friendly staff. Because it's a small practice, don't wait until the last minute to make an appointment. However, if you need to be seen same day, call and many times they will do their best to accommodate you. This is a great and loving practice.”

“They usually have appointments relatively quickly and they arrange it so when you arrive the waiting room is not full of animals, which is good when you have a dog that is nervous around other dogs. They seem to really care for the animals which is something g that doesn’t happen everywhere.”

“Jen was super sweet and helpful! I love coming here because they don’t force you to do a bunch of unnecessary things just to get more money out of you it makes me feel like they truly care about my dogs health.
Edit: I can’t say enough good things about this place every single doctor, vet tech and office ladies are amazing. They were so helpful through out my dogs surgery and recovery. Candy is now back home and doing great thanks to everyone here
Last edit: my puppy girl passed away on Friday. I want to thank dr perfetto and the rest of the staff for showing us so much compassion and care for my baby girl. It was the hardest day of my life and I’m so thankful that they made the process hurt a little less. Thank you”
“For the most part I’ve had a good experience with this animal hospital. Dr. Howard is great but I have noticed that some front desk staff and techs are not as friendly. I had one tech stereotype my Bully because he was clearly not comfortable working with a large dog. My boy has been going to the hospital for two years incident free but he wanted to muzzle my dog and also put him on medication which he doesn’t need. I put a stop to that. My dog has sensitive front paws so shots have to be given in the back. Thankfully another tech, Adriana knows my dog and was like we do not have to do all that for him. Overall, it’s a good place for animals and very clean with ample parking. I trust the level of care here.”
“Tried Park Hills Animal Hospital on a recommendation and had a fantastic vet experience. Place is very clean, staff friendly, prices reasonable. Best part is the super-knowledgeable Dr. De-Paepe who we know from seeing many of our pets in the past, and always gave them excellent care.”

“Dr Jeffrey Kramer, at the Commack location, was so warm and friendly. When I went to Vetco in Commack on October 28, 2024 at 5:45 pm, the doctor was totally obnoxious. I'm sure Vetco can look back and see who he was. The young man who assisted Dr Kramer, Denzel, was so kind and gentle with my 12 year old pup. I'm grateful to them both. ?”
“Dr. Ullmann is one of the best vets on Long Island! Incredibly knowledgeable, she SAVED my dogs life and I wouldn't trust my pets care at any other hospital. All other Dr's at the veterinary center are excellent as well! Highly recommend.”

“My husband and I brought our cat to Townline for her yearly checkup and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, patient, and clearly cared about making the visit as stress-free as possible for both pets and owners. We were immediately greeted by vet tech, Christina. She made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions with kindness and professionalism. Afterwards, the veterinarian came in and took the time to thoroughly examine our cat, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions without rushing. I really appreciated how gentle and attentive they were throughout the appointment. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and professionally run. I feel confident knowing my cat is in good hands and will definitely continue bringing her here for future visits. Highly recommend this veterinary hospital!”
“Let me start by saying that I don't often write reviews but I feel like this one was necessary as I would do anything for my dog (my 93 pound pitbull who thinks that she is a lap dog). I want to personally thank Dr. Kirshbaum and the staff at Babylon Animal Hospital, you are the reason that my dog is not only here today but thriving! Dr. Kirshbaum first diagnosed my dog with a type of skin cancer on her back at 3 years old but he was able to surgically remove it and she was cancer free! Then at 9 years old Dr. Kirshbaum diagnosed a new/different type of cancer but this time it was on her leg, once again he was able to surgically remove it and get rid of all of the cancer. When she turned 11 this past year during a check up he found a small growth that turned out to be a new/different type of cancer again except this time on her stomach. After Dr. Kirshbaum completed surgery he was able to remove all of the cancer and at 11 years old my baby was cancer free again! Then more recently she had stopped doing stairs and of course Dr. Kirshbaum knew exactly what to do. After we spoke he told me he had a new injection to help with arthritis and boy was he right. Not only is my dog doing stairs again but she is a puppy again! Dr. Kirshbaum without your amazing diagnostic and surgical skills my Anna wouldn't be here today so thank you for being the best doctor out there! You are the reason why she wants to play 24/7 at the age of 11 years old (even as I am sitting here writing this review) and I cannot thank you enough.”
