Wonderful place to get all sorts of one of a kind items from pipes, fashion and posters, jewelry and the employees are friendly, charming and a blast to be around!!! An Ithaca staple for sure!!! If your visiting or a local this shop is a must if you are visiting the commons!

They had a lot of cool spiritual stuff. I came in looking for a bong. I saw one I liked but I saw another one that looked like "black face." As an African American customer I mentioned that it made me uncomfortable and I wasn't going to shop here anymore and I was disappointed in them because the rest of the shop seemed cool. The employee got really defensive especially when I started taking pictures of the bongs. He said he was just "a cool little guy" maybe I'm overreacting but I thought Yelp should know. If you're not familiar with black face I included an image. History.com says "Blackface became popular in the U.S. after the Civil War as white performers played characters that demeaned and dehumanized African Americans." #theepettyqueen #blacklivesmatter #decolonizeyourcyph

I am looking for a specific type of item that I can not find anywhere in Ithaca or I would have given up on 3D Light ever actually being open. They do not have an hours of operation sign posted on the door or windows. According to google they are supposed to be open at 10:00 AM. It is now 10:20 and I have been waiting since quarter of and no one has shown up to open the store. I could've ordered online and had it by now, this was my 3rd time trying. I tried the local option first and found it to be lacking. And slacking.
