Christy and Jerry were tremendously helpful during a bit of a storage crisis that we had. I worked with Christy over the phone for a few days and she was able to go above and beyond to help us with our needs. Highly recommend them, amazing customer service.

This is one of the few environmentally controlled storage locations around Ithaca, so there isn't much to choose from. There seems to be no one monitoring or maintaining this facility. The concrete slab at the entryway isn't level with the parking lot and the dollies they provide can't make it over this bump without spilling your stuff, particularly when they are loaded down. It's been hard to park near the entrance for a few months since there has been an RV parked right next to it. Finally, after I moved my stuff into a unit they raised the rental price, which feels a lot like holding my stuff hostage. The space is kept at reasonable temperatures though, the storage room was nice and clean, and they provided a lock which isn't always the case for storage companies.

A true family business! Jen and her husband provided us with amazing service. When we first stopped in Jen provided us with no pressure service. She encouraged us to shop around and to go home and measure out how we want our sectional to lay. We loved that she provided customizable couches so we ended up going with Ithaca Wholesale Furniture. Then delivery was a breeze! They do it on Sunday which was perfect, I didn't have to take off work! Then her husband went above and beyond. Set it up, added the feet and adjusted it to lay level. Both he and the other worker were incredibly friendly and helpful. Did I mention that this was all for only a $90 delivery charge?!? I promise you, nobody can beat Ithaca Wholesale prices!! Thank you for our comfy new couch!

Phenomenal business and exceptional service. The owners and staff are amazing, not only kind but very knowledgeable and honest. We rented two units here at 4-season storage and have been very happy with our experience. Clean and easily accessible storage units. The units are climate controlled which is a huge plus! The owner is helpful and easy to get ahold of! Would highly recommend!
