The trailer park trio of ladies working there were pretty rude. One just walked away from me as I was in the middle of asking a question without saying anything. I brought this up to the managers and they both said it was fine because she couldn't understand me. I do have a slight accent but speak English and she could have just told me that instead of turning her back and walking away. Thats very rude behavior.
I really hope they can get some better employees to work there. Would go a long way to helping out this particular location.

Do not get gas here. Owner is incredibly rude and a liar and will tow your car illegally because he owns the towing company and gets a cut for every car towed and has no morals. Would leave negative stars if I could.

I mean ther's always room for improvements. But, twice I shopped on Cayuga St. and used points for a free fresh fresh brewed international cup of coffee and two slices of cheezy pizza for $1.62. Customer service from store managers was great! I was recognized as a team player and exec. - people in the store were watch my sales and service techniques- one guy from another vendor company said- 7-Eleven mgt. teaches and trains.
I'm definitely in the loop with the store and they know me.

Went in and bought a $3 bag of candy. Then walked to a nearby business and bought something there. I was gone 20 minutes and returned to find my car being towed. Had to pay a $50 "showup fee." The tow-truck operator told me the manager specifically requested that my car be towed. The parking lot was not full. Doesn't make me want to shop there much anymore. It's an inconvenience store.

Don't park at this poor excuse of a store. Your car will get towed like mine, sign says for paying customers only but it sure is difficult to pay for anything when your wallet is in your car and your car is in the impound lot.

There was employee a larger woman who went outside and yelled at three minors, threatening to assault them and chasing the car that they got into. She then threatened to call the police on them for standing around, and chased them off into car they got in.
