I was recommended Alta Spa for sugaring in Ithaca. Awura-Abena did a fantastic job. The most meticulous and efficient sugaring I've ever had. I also experienced less pain than at other salons. She is very kind and makes you feel comfortable and at home. I also appreciate that she wears a mask during the appointment and requires patrons to wear them as well. Would definitely recommend!

Her service is very personalized with state-of-the-art equipment and products. I love going there every month. She gets results!!

The place was very clean and I felt comfortable there. She made it a nice experience and my results of my bikini wax are great! Sugaring is so much better than regular wax. I have no irritation the day after!

I've been coming to Alta Spa for 2 years now for eyebrow/lip service. I really like the sugar product she uses for the service. I always look forward to coming to get my eyebrows done by Awura-Abena-she plays the best music and I appreciate the conversations we have. She has years of experience and I can tell by how my brows look at the end! Highly recommend!!
