Drove an hour and half for an open pick pickup. They told me it included a remote in the store. Drove 1.5 hrs home no remote. Call them and corporate says to bad. They say no way to reach store without driving back. Fraudsters.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came in Saturday with a broken phone. They said it was damaged beyond repair (IPhone 15 Pro Max) . It’ll be just under $800 to replace, cool, sounds great. “We have to mail your phone in, before they’ll send the replacement. It’s priority overnighted, so it will be no more than 24-48hours”. I was there for three hours on Saturday trying to get all the paperwork done, and hand over my broken but usable phone. It is now 4pm on Monday, and after a trip to the store, chatting with customer service online, and talking to SEVEN different people on the phone, they have no idea where my $1300 phone is. What a delight. NEVER. AGAIN.

Nice store, but they do nit have items they used to carry. Like Garmin watch bands. The watches are sold, but not accessory bands.

Technology gets in the way of profiency. Staff was pleasant. Communication is a bit of an issue. If it isn't on their screen, they don't know how to interact. Other than that, we were successful in getting the product loaded.

Tough call. I used to feel completely confident with the B.B. in Ithaca. Sadly, my confidence level has been dropping. Seems like more and more floor people are not as well trained as in the past. In fact, I need to go tomorrow to get some assistance (?) with something that was not correctly done recently. Hate to say it, but if this issue is not resolved efficiently, I will be forced to move on. P.S. The workers have ALWAYS been friendly!

Never get an order for pick up here. You’ll get a text saying it’s ready for pick up, but expect to wait at least 30 minutes. I have no idea what takes them so long to do simple tasks.
