Bought a zx fleece pt for $26.99 It was so tight in the forearms I started to loose feeling in my hands. I am a normal sized person and never had this problem before. After giving them the receipt and dealing with customer service they finally gave me a credit for $14.64. nothing on my 7 item receipt even matched that price. I will never buy clothes from here again.

I like the store but new deli trainee learning is painfully slow. That is understandable BUT last 2 times I went there is one or even 2 other deli staff behind watching him but they would not help me because there’s only one meat slicer. When I just called the office complain they told me to tell department directly and forwarded the call but no one answered just rang and rang. I never bought the deli stuff as I came back 3 times and he was still helping same customer with other staff just standing talking doing nothing.

Great place, busy though! I love going there, have a handicapped license,, and need crutch to walk with, so people really should watch where they park!

Unless you have 20 items or less, prepare to stand in the checkout line, waiting forever. The associate will scan all your items and throw them back into your cart haphazardly, smashing things like bread and produce. Then on your way out, the associate at the door will take their sweet, sweet time checking your receipt.

I have been shopping at BJ’s since they opened the store, and up until today it has always been a fine experience. I put a deli order in on the app one hour before I was in the store, got to the store, the deli meat was not in the case so I stood in line and after the four people in front of me were served, I told the man I had ordered stuff through the app and it wasn’t in the area it usually is, to which he replied in a mumbling manner”Gonna be a long time before you get that.”What the heck BJ’s? Seriously!? I told them cancel my order. When you pay over a hundred dollars a year for a membership, I would hope that would come with a little more common courtesy. And being “short staffed” is no excuse when there are always people sitting on their butt serving samples, when they could be utilized in a more efficient manner like taking care of customer orders. Also their produce section was terrible. Half rotted fruit and vegetables. No thanks, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

It (the store) was good...as a member, it would be nice if the gas prices were a little lower. Cheaper at Mirabito up the road with their card. Also, I use the scan as you go app and pay on my phone and then check out. Out the door I have had the "checker" scan my phone than start scanning items. It's been all the items, a couple and we were heading towards all today and I asked "why does it sometimes make you scan all or only a few" as the line behind me continues to grow. The reply? "I don't know". That's your job, no? To know the answer to that question? Anywho - wasting mine and others time. You either should have the app and trust me or don't have the app at all, just my opinion.

Always a lot of good merchandise at reasonable prices. Very good prices on propane and gasoline for cars. Tire and repair shop has great offers on tires , rotation and exchanging winter summer tires if you buy them there. Nice vegetables and meat in the grocery department. Great prices on laptops also.

Glad that I joined BJs. The best gas prices in town, a good selection of produce and pre-made meals, and fair prices all around. I'll note that the store can be sparsely staffed at times so you'll probably need to self-checkout each time you go. Not a big deal, in my opinion.

Rude worker. Recycling machine wasn’t working again so we brought our bottles to the front desk to dispose and get cash back, as we were informed to do. The grumpy woman who was working as the “receipt checker” today was extremely hostile and interrogating where we got the bottles from. Customer service ain’t for you lady with that offensive and off-putting demeanor. And stay in your lane when people are just trying to save money and keep the earth clean.

Not enough help waited 20 minutes for help end up going to regular check out and the guy couldn't figure out what the yellow slip meant so I got pissed off and slammed the Cart with 200 in groceries in it in to the service desk and walked out this store is no better then tops up the road

Week 1. Arrived 25 mins before closing for 1 gallon of milk & gas. Door is locked and person at the door tells me they are closedWeek 2 arrive 1 hr before closing, store open but produce and other sections closed early!. I asked customer service about it to see if their hours changed and was told "no they are supposed to be open, but it depends whoever is on. They might closer earlier than they are supposed to "So Week 3. I call before getting there to ensure they are completely open and Am told, rudely,of course they are open, they DO NOT close early. But that's clearly not the fact since they HAVE CLOSED EARLY multiple times now. I'm not gong to drive 30 mins to a store if they are closed ... so warning to others. Be careful when you go they might or might not be open there's no telling
