I am a big Byrne and Dairy fan. Typically, this gas station is known for their availability and service. The ithaca location has gone down hill badly! As I wrote this review, I was on hold for 25 minutes after calling 4 times. I can hear an older lady complain as I wait. She said “what are they going to say? The phone was on hold?” Once I arrived, both employees were idle. When I requested service, I was met with reluctancy along with a denial for fresh food. Literally put a order for a pizza and mozz sticks got there 5 mins late and they sold it to someone eles and told me they ran out had to wait to make another pizza while being on a time crunch it was just such a incovienece and the guy said well you were late

It’s just a waste of trip to come here. They say they’re open 24 but they are not . I loved Byrne dairy but this store really needs better management and customer service.

I only tried the chocolate milk from here since I saw someone said it was good and it was good. Very good. I wish I got more while I was here :P Next time.

Ordered a large cheese pizza tonight from the store on Elmira street in Ithaca and the lady that made it did an amazing job!!! It was the best we ever ate!! Thank you so much!!

Just bought 4 subs during a rush. They had a line of people who also wanted subs, and plenty of others around the store needing help with different things. The woman who made my subs was so genuine & kind, it made my day. Customers were being so rude to her yet she kept a smile and was polite to everyone. That woman deserves a raise. More people need to be like her. Very sad to see the way customers treat the staff here.

Noticed this place had bad reviews. I spent this afternoon searching for a blue slushee and decided to stop by the Byrne Dairy. Once walking I immediately noticed how clean this establishment was. I poured myself my slushee and was met at the register by a very kind cashier.

This review is for the new store in Endwell, NY. First off, the store is located in ENDWELL, not Endicott as their emplyees keep claiming. Second, the coffee does not even taste like coffee. Got a large Maximum, Extreme, whatever they call their high caffiene coffee. All it was was hot brown water. Not even a hint of coffee taste at all. Dumped it out after I arrived home. On the flip side, it's a very nice store with quite a good selection of goods. The folks that work there are very nice. Love the milk in glass jugs as I remember when I was a kid. Should they entertain improving their coffee dramatically in flavor, that would round the store out.

I just went in to grab something to eat for work, I got one of the snack trays that had hame cheese and crackers in it. I opened it up and the ham is not only brown, but is growing spots! It's absolutely disgusting, I highly suggest other customers to avoid packaged food from here.
