Tried to use the charging station but couldn't. Two are fast chargers that you have to pay. Two were out of order, one wouldn't charge my Bolt EUV, one was covered in ice from water dripping directly on top of it from the roof. The one I could use had such a short cable on a narrow part of the lot I couldn't get close enough. I bought my 2022 bolt euv from this dealership.

Don't sell your car to them!!!!! Huge scammers. They will cut you a check for it and then cancel it. Keeping the vehicle. All while lying on official police reports. Second Biggest scam dealership I've seen.

Had a car problem with my Cadillac SUV when in the area for a family reunion. I called Onstar who sent me an email with the diagnosis codes. Called this local dealer in the morning and despite knowing my car was not staying running and knowing we were three states and seven hours from home, he said he couldn't even look at my car for two and a half weeks. Conversely years ago we were out of town in TN in 2020 when my husband's GMC truck had an issue. We called the local dealer in the morning who was Cadillac Buick GMC. They said to bring it over. We went over, they gave us a loaner for the day and said they would look at it by the end of the day. They looked at the car later that day and diagnosed it as a blown head gasket that was thankfully covered under the warranty. They got us a comparable truck rental to drive home and when the parts arrived and the truck was fixed three weeks later, the truck was delivered to us in Ohio. I understand the times from a few years ago to now are different but this dealer could have extended me the same courtesy the GMC Dealer did but made absolutely no effort to help me.

We’re from outta town and felt something in front end thumping worried it was a tie rod. Doug at service desk took us in right away, titled a loose nut, washed our car and didn’t charge us a thing! What great service!!!! Can’t say enough and they were all very friendly and professional. We may do our next trade up here just because of this!

We took our car in more than two weeks ago for a recall. While our warranty will cover the repairs, they've kept our car this whole time (it's a safety issue), and did not give us a loaner vehicle. They also said that they would not reimburse us for a rental. We have no other vehicle and have to commute to work. Every time we call to ask about the progress they tell us that there are no updates.I know the issues at Chevy corporate are not this particular dealership's fault, but we haven't received any help or support in the last two weeks, and we have no transportation.
