EDIT: A week later my middle nail chipped and my ring finger chipped which was okay, I mean, it happens. I called as soon as they opened today to ask if it can be retouched. I said I’d come at 5:30pm. I was there about 10 minutes before. I was told to wait, completely fine, I was on the phone outside to not disturb, came inside and waited. I was approached and he was looking at my nails. He kept emphasizing it was my nail that chipped, and he couldn’t see what was wrong with the other nail so we went to the light. My ring finger nail was cracked in half vertically. He again emphasized that it had nothing to do with their process and he kept saying that it wasn’t a big deal and kept dismissing it. The set wasn’t free, $45 for two nails to chip in less than a week? My ring finger nail wasn’t cracked before doing my nails. He kept saying my nails were thin. I told him my middle finger nail’s paint/dip powder chipped then my nail and he, for some reason, didn’t believe me. He also kept saying they were busy, which was why I called in advance this morning to see if they can see me at 5:30 and he had said yes. I’m not coming here again.—They were super sweet from the start! Their receptionist was very kind and was able to fit me in for a 5:30pm appointment on the same day! Celine was my nail tech and she was very nice. I moved here a few months ago and was going somewhere else but my nail tech left. I tried giving another nail tech a shot in that salon but he didn’t do a great job. My dip powder manicure usually lasts 1+ months and within a week it started chipping. So I decided to go online and look around once again. I’m so glad I chose this salon, I will be coming here from now on!The manicure was also within budget :)Service: dip powder manicureService: Manicure

Probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. They weren’t busy, but the nail tech rushed & did a subpar job overall. I’m disappointed & will not be returning.Service: Pedicure

Always great pedicures and I get great permanent gel pink and white fades monthly (my nails would last longer than 4 weeks if I could tolerate how long they get when they grow out!). Pic is 10 days post-manicure.Services: Pedicure

I had a wonderful experience. From being attended to immediately, to the massage chair this was the best pedicure ever! They do a leg massage as well. It was fantastic! Can’t wait to go back!

I was in town for a wedding and needed a mani-pedi. I called and asked the price and was told $45. When I arrived they immediately started trying to up-sell me and then seemed annoyed when I explained that I just needed a simple mani-pedi for one day for a wedding. The mani-pedi was fine though I have definitely had better.

Went in for gel nail extensions and it was painful? The person who did mine shaped and painted them great, but when it came to curing the fake nail it BURNED! I’ve had my nails done a lot, and never been in pain before. The person doing my nails asked me if I was in pain right before the pain started, which told me - this happens a lot, if not everytime. it wasn’t excruciating but i will not be going back, especially because I wasnt told it may be painful until I was in pain!

I was a walk in and had wait and I didn’t mind that all, and everyone was super nice to me and my son (the tag along) but I feel like they rushed to get nails done. All I wanted was a full set with white tips, they are very thick and French manicure is very uneven and long even after saying I wanted them short.Service: Nail extensions

I used to go to cayuga nail spa because it was the nicest and most relaxing experience in Ithaca. The quality of work is fine and they’ve always respected my reservation time, but it’s no longer a spa level treatment. Feels much more like your run of the mill nail salon, which is fine if that’s what you’re going for. I wish they’d bring back some of the service that made it feel nicer.

Sammi did an amazing job on my nails. I asked for a red-to-black ombre dipped powder full set with a pointed shape, and they look absolutely stunning!! The only problem was that my friend and I both made appointments for 4:00, and they had us wait over 30 minutes to be seen because all the other technicians who looked at the picture I showed them passed us off to a different tech. If you go, highly recommend asking for Sammi.Service: Dip powder

My friend went here for a pedicure and got a callus treatment, as he has many times before. After the treatment he was left with chemical burns, disolved skin, and open wounds on his feet - This resulted in a visit to convenient care. When approached about what happened, they refused to cover the cost of the visit to convenient care and brushed off the seriousness of the matter.Personally, I was going to get my nails and a pedicure at this salon in preparation for my wedding. I will no longer give this salon my business and will be going somewhere else.

I hadn't been there in a while. It was so-so. My nails are not the easiest to do, but it was not the neatest pedicure- a bit gloppy with some polish on my cuticles. The people were nice.

Came in for a gel manicure and pedicure. Was charged a different price than their pricing menu. When I told them the total they were charging me was wrong according to their menu, the receptionist agreed. Said “ok” and continued to up charge me. Will not be returning for a subpar mani/pedi. You should be honoring the price on your board, or at least let the customer know the pricing is incorrect. Disappointed to say the least.Services: Manicure

I have always liked going to this salon, but the man who is "running it" now is very rude and not sure he should be doing it. I have been multiple times recently with him being a bad part of my experience. This last time, My gel polish chipped after 2 day(never had that before) and they over charged me without correction. So a new salon it is with much better results.

My significant other went here yesterday for a callous treatment pedicure(as he has many times before this), ended up in urgent care this morning because of injuries to his feet. He had to miss work and spend time for a medical appointment. When I went there this afternoon to speak to the owner(because bf couldn't walk)I was told I could have a refund but they would not cover the dr visit that they caused. I shared a picture with said owner and he said "he must have had cuts already".Our belief is they left the chemicals on for too long because the tech got distracted with another complaint. Who would go to a treatment for this with active injuries to their feet? And if he did why wouldn't they have refused service?? Avoid this place, I'm glad he went to urgent care and there is a record of it in case he doesn't recover properly from the wounds. Or (multiple lacerations) as the Dr said.Services: Pedicures
