I’ve had a wonderful experience with the nurses, doctors, pharmacists, and staff. I feel listened to and supported, and I got a lot of support while dealing with grief and was recommended grief counseling which helped me a lot.

The pharmacy staff are incredibly helpful, understanding, and friendly. After a mixup with my script they went out of their way to help me even though they had just closed, and ended up filling my prescription 15 mins past their closing time. Easily the best pharmacy experience I’ve had in ithaca.
