I booked an appointment online and received a confirmation text message. My appointment was on time, and lasted as scheduled, with both a customer before and after me. Crystal is professional and I left with a new haircut, of which I only provided a "vision" - that she was able to bring to fruition. Highly recommend! Note: cash discount over credit card.

I don’t ever leave reviews but this is one I just have to!!
All I can say is WOW! This was the best salon experience I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable and welcomed. She did not make me feel bad for my lack of hair care or inexperience. She gave me so much helpful advice to benefit only me. she wasn’t just there for a paycheck. I had an absolutely amazing time and experience and can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much for everything!! My extensions are PERFECT.

Crystal is wonderful! We had to play phone tag for an appointment and she was kind enough to keep calling me back until we could get in touch. When I arrived for an outdoor haircut, Crystal was prompt and thoughtful--she asked all of the right questions about styling. She is easy to talk to, an excellent stylist, and we had a nice conversation! I'm very pleased with my haircut. And, did I mention the whole thing happened outside! Whether you're concerned about covid or you just want to enjoy the blue skies, this is a great place to get your hair cut!

After living in Ithaca for 7 years and trying many different hair salons, I finally found Crystal! She knows exactly how to manage my frizzy and curly hair. She is also a master of cutting my toddlers hair while he is having a full blown meltdown. I visit Crystal every 4 months for a keratin treatment and a trim. The treatment she applies lasts longer than the usual treatments that I've had in the past. Not only is Crystal very skilled in her profession, she also has a great personality. She is funny and witty. You will be sure to have a great conversation with her.

After a not so great experience at a different salon, Crystal welcomed me in with opened arms and made me feel beautiful again! She also educated me on my hair care regimen etc. Wonderful place !!!! Recommended for sure ! Also she's a twin which makes her even more awesome ?
