The staff are attentive here and the employees are great in asking if you need any assistance. Its a shame how corporate ruined this place. They do not have anything for hunters or fishermen. If you want to buy overpriced branded clothes and shoes this is the place. Once where they had guns ammo and hunting supplies is now filled with hundreds of Stanley cups and Yeti coolers that occupy 1500sq ft of the stores corner. For all the hunters and fishermen that occupy the area of Ithaca and its surrounding towns everyone has made their way to Sportsmans Warehouse in Elmira for their needs. Its almost a shame this store is taking up retail space in the shopping center, maybe after them there will be a REAL sporting goods store that doesnt cater to corporate wokeness.

Service is terrible. 2x I've attempted to buy shoes for myself. I walk into the shoe section where there lots of employees. I start looking for shoes, they all quickly vanish. I walk into another section of the store, all of the employees flock back to the shoe section. I walked out of the store empty handed both times. But your shoes elsewhere.

Overpriced branded tee shirts and some shoes, that’s about it! Major downgrade from the mall, no more fishing gear, no hunting licenses, no bikes, no real kayak selection, no camping, no grilling. You’d be better off anywhere else. I want to know who decided to open a store on one of the best fishing lakes in NY and have zero fishing.

I bought a coat it was on sale from online and they were to do a price match in the store. They charge me full price and than again with the sale price. I have proof on a my card and a receipt. I have went in to the store to have them fix it. They only keep charging my card.

What a downgrade! Moving from the mall was a huge mistake for this company. I went in to try to find some stuff for camping. They don't have it. I went in to find stuff for kayaking. They don't have it even though we are literally right next to the lake. It's a glorified clothing store with a few items if you play basketball, soccer, baseball . pickleball?? They got rid of the hunting section. What a downgrade!

Store has literally no outdoors equipment. Just drive 45 minutes north to Basspro and save yourselves the time.

The old store was 100 times better, there were way more in store selections.Bring back the hunting lodge and outdoor gear.What a shame. ?
