Dirty room and bathroom. They charge me the breakfast but then they told they don’t serve it since Covid.

I booked and stayed here 2 weeks ago because of the free hot breakfast and courtesy airport transportation. Both of those did not exist and I had to pay for both myself, out of pocket. I have been requesting reimbursement for these falsely advertised services (directly from Choice Hotels website) for two weeks. If the listing online was just honest about what they did and did not offer, I would have stayed somewhere else. Instead I overpaid for an average stay and had to pay additionally for breakfast and a $20 airport Uber. Please do the right thing and reimburse me and update your online listings to truthfully display your amenities

Absolute 0 star hotel. Plus don't go via hotels.com as well.
they market free breakfast but dont offer at property. No room service at all. just 1 person for housekeeping. I had to collect fresh towels, sheets from them and had to do my own room. the floor was filthy. the hotel entrance was big stink. we went with family. would not recommend this at all.

The main problem with this hotel is that its air ventilation system is not working well, probably not regularly maintained. So then, stale musky odors are trapped in the room, and there is risk of mold and mildew! If you are staying here for any time, you MUST open the windows. In addition to that, it’s not quite clean .. I was fortunate though that I got a clean bed and clean bathroom however, and a mostly clean room. The towels also seem clean and washed to me, but I found a long black hair in them. The mini-fridge had a putrid smell however, so I did not use it and my food went bad. Probably the worst thing to me is that the entry hall stinks like urine and that the stairs are filthy - this makes going outside feel like a monumental task each time, making me want to stay indoors to avoid dealing with that. The good news is that the location is good with close proximity to plenty of stores and restaurants, in walking distance. My room also had a secure digital key, so I felt mostly safe. The receptionist I met at the counter was also nice. I also had a clean ironing board. The TV was not working however, and there’s no free coffee & tea in the room. I’m not even sure if I trust the bathroom sink for tap water, the water kind of has a smell, Also, there’s no elevator if you have luggages, but the receptionist kindly helped me to store my luggages in a secure room. And there’s no breakfast. Overall, there are a lot of drawbacks, but also some positive things - you have to consider if top cleanliness and air quality are top priorities for you, versus the lower price.

As soon as we walked into the lobby of the hotel, we noticed a smell that was unbearable. Once we entered the room, we noticed stains all throughout, including the bed sheets, the lights, the lamps the walls and even the ironing board. The floor was stained with some sort of sticky liquid. We showed the front desk and they told us to reach out to hotels.com since we booked through them. They told us they will speak to the hotel, who ultimately would not give us a refund despite being aware of the conditions in their room. We will be going through the bank for a refund to get our money back. Nightmare of a place!!!

Drove 4 hours to get to this place and once we entered the lobby the smell was unbearable. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and checked in since it was midnight and we wanted to rest. Once we entered the room, as per pictures - there were roaches in the ceiling, dead flies everywhere. Stains on the bed, floor, walls, ironing board, table, and lamps. We stepped outside quicker than we walked in and stood on the phone for another hour trying to find a new location to spend the night. We complained to the receptionist & she said we had to dispute it with hotels.com since we booked it through a third party. We reached out to hotels.com and they told us that Econo Lodge denied our dispute and will not give us a refund. This is no place to stay. A normal person will not be able to spend the night here even if they were paid a million dollars. Please stay away. The inconvenience this has caused us has ruined our trip. We are currently in the process of disputing this with the bank. We will get our money back one way or the other. Shameful.

Facility is clean though very dated. The bathroom sink required excessive force to operate. Attendant on duty was very pleasant and helpful.

Terrible! Drove around the building looking for the front door, dark and overgrown outside, did not have a pool or continental breakfast like it said on Priceline! Smelled like cigarettes inside! No carpet on our room's floor. No plastic bags in garbage cans. Had a folded box from Lance crackers to hold the one side of the frig up! Light out on one side of the bed! Couldn't get the water to work in the sink but the girl at the desk said you really had to pull it up! They really need to fix that place up and take the lies off of Priceline!! Definitely not worth 85$

I understand you get what you pay for but this place is disgusting. I stay in hotels every single week and I never take the time to review them but this place deserves a very bad one. Staff was also snarky. And the lock was missing on my door.

I can’t believe how they treat the people that are homeless there, like washer and dryer should be free obviously if they can’t afford, you know their own home or they’re there for a reason basically they should not have to be charged to use the washer and dryer to be clean. Obviously they need a washer and dryer if they’re gonna wash their clothes to be able to go try to get a job and then once they do get a job, they try to charge them $800 to live there when they have no access to kitchen to be able to cook a meal. They’re not allowed to have any company they get screamed at or they’ll get kicked out even though they’re homeless for a reason, that just makes them all so depressed and not caring about life whatsoever. I feel that they need more support. Washer and dryer should be free. They should provide like little breakfast or snacks throughout the day. They would like a food pantry and I feel they should be able to get help taking groceries to their room or whatever if someone helped them go get them, they feel like they’re in a prison that they’re getting help
