I was able to make a last minute appointment, prior to my insurance change of coverage. Things went very well. I did not enjoy being treated by a remote doctor but it worked.

I am always happy with my experiences at this location. I give lots of time for my appointments as there is usually a wait and they tend to be short staffed. Overall, they are consistent and fix any issues that come up with my glasses along the way.

Wait time was short, exam process moved along smoothly, and the in-store staff and online doctor were friendly and knowledgeable. They also had a very wide selection of frames on display including several top name brands. Recommend.
