I had a bad experience with a rude employee about a year ago and hadn’t been back, but decided to try again because I was in the area. I dreaded going in and again I was treated at best like an inconvenience. Avoid this place if you can.

I haven't had any of the experiences that others have related in the poor reviews for this location. They have always served me quickly and efficiently and I have been in and out in minutes. Granted, I have always been prepared with all the information needed to ship a package and I am quite meticulous about boxing up whatever I'm shipping so I'm sure that helps quite a bit.

Totall rip off, they refuse to help print, make you rent a computer and print at exorbitant rates. Staples is much better.

I brought a small item to be packaged and delivered, and I was quoted a price of around $75. Later I received a notice that I was being charged over $300. Nobody at the store says they can do anything about it, and when I've called fedex I've been hung up on twice. Now I'm expecting to see my credit rating go down, as they're giving this to a collection agency and I refuse to pay. UPS, here I come.

Took a passport/visa picture here. The picture was poor quality. Even the system rejected the image. Don't come here, you'll waste your time and gas coming here... Very unprofessional.

I was shocked and disappointed in how I was treated by both employees, when I went in to renew my passport. Acted like they didn't want to have anything to do with it, gave very vague directions, and acted like I was a huge bother to them. When I asked any questions, I seemed to get sarcastic quick answers, and immediately walked away and continued doing what they were working at when I went in. I should have done the whole process at home on my own, but the web site encouraged me to have them help me. Ha!The older gentleman was especially rude. If I were in charge of this store, I find new employees.

It was not like what others commented. The assistant was helpful and efficient and shipped my item 5 minutes after I got there.

Not sure the workers name (older, white, heavier man) but he was rude and put out of his way to do his JOB. He refused to help me understand how to attach the two piece box I was interested in purchasing and gave me attitude telling me “no, I’m not going to put together for you.” Don’t waste your time or money and go elsewhere. I now know why the store was empty.

A guy working there named Chris is neither knowledgable with his own job, nor helpful in terms of customer service.On one occasion, I went in with a ground shipment that contains battery. Chris insisted that I print a battery warning label and asked me to drive to the Fedex shipping center in Triphammer for the label. I drove there to find out ground shipping does NOT require battery warning labels whatsoever.On another occasion, I went to drop off a Fedex SmartPost package- it's the service that depends on USPS in the final leg to deliver. Chris scanned the package, making the package legally in Fedex' procession since Fedex's tracking website now said "Fedex received package", and refused the package because "it was not a Fedex package". I dropped off the package at a random Fedex dropbox later and the package was picked up and delivered by Fedex and USPS like it was supposed to.Perhaps Chris is just on a power trip because he gets to say "no" to people, so please avoid this location.
