“Such a cool little shop! We had a lot of fun browsing the various games, puzzles, and brainteasers and ended up walking away with a travel version of an old favorite!”
“From the second I stepped inside, I was greeted with a beautiful tableau and enveloped with a warm, inviting vibe. I was greeted just as warmly by Deb, the shop owner, who chatted with me as I browsed. She's got the level of attentiveness just right-- she's lovely and engaging, anticipating customer needs (like offering the fitting room, if you're looking to try on their cute selection of vintage clothing) while also giving you room to explore the gorgeously-curated boutique. There are quirky, fun details to be found in every corner.
I've learned pretty much everything you see is fair game! Even antique pieces I was sure were display only, like vintage thermoses and framed art. All affordably priced.
Stationery, slim beeswax tapers, canvas pouches, unique kitchen/home goods, retro posters, knicknacks, vintage accessories, and so much more. I'll be adding photos, since words can't convey the array of awesome to be found here.
Even better is it's pet friendly! Bring your furry friends. I know I'm going to visit as often as I can to make up for not discovering this Ithaca gem
sooner! What makes the vibe immaculate is the shop staff, especially the owner! They have been just sincerely kind, generous, and lovely people. They have a basket of free water bottles to keep visitors hydrated. This is a new local hospitality bar set!
If you drop by, tell them E sent ya.”
“I visited here for the first time. They had local eggs for sale, which I purchased, and many other interesting items. Come take a look and see what treasures you’ll discover!”
“The pieces were adorable and I’d love to go back and look around again. Super unique and definitely want to consider purchasing something before my trip in town is over.”

“Stephanie was incredibly helpful, I don't know jewelry at all and she found the perfect gift for my baby sister; so friendly, knew the inventory by heart and I had a great experience. Thank you, thank you”
“Cute little store with arts and crafts from Ithaca. I like the paintings they sell. The seller is very friendly and not pushy at all. Always worth stopping by when I'm in Ithaca.”
“Riverwood is a must for any pokemon player or collector, and we've already gained multiple new, really fun, non-pokemon related games since they moved to Ithaca, too. Thank you to Todd for being so welcoming!”
“Sasha provided incredible customer service from when we first spoke on the phone to the in-store experience. This was my first time in a specialty store like this and their help made all the difference. The products had a great selection to choose from with even greater quality. I purchased a great card & envelope, a red fountain pen, wax, and a stamp for a nicer envelope seal.”
“One of my favorite places to shop at, for myself and others! The shop is so warm and inviting. All of the Artists are proud of what they do. It’s amazing to have access to these curated goods in a store front. Hand made goods include kitchen goods (wooden cutting boards, wooden utensils, wooden tools, comfortable clothing, unique leather bags, quilted bags, beautiful jewelry, rock sculptures, hand drawn art, photography, cards, wool plush creatures, and more.
Special shout out to the team on Christmas Eve whom wrapped all the gifts we purchased! It was such a helpful treat.”
