Primarily giving 5 stars because 2 bedroom suite was very spacious for 4 people. Room felt nice and for being right next to the elevator, I could not hear it. Breakfast was eh..

My room was so nice. Everything was kept up too, nothing of mine was bothered. I was able to connect to the wifi easily. The kitchenette was handy to have too. Plenty of room and space for anything needed. The breakfast was good each morning, the staff was so helpful.

Great hotel. Just don't leave money out.
The houseskeepers stole from me.

Overall great place and stay with friendly staff and service overall. Tanisha was especially helpful and always have a good breakfast ready in the morning for me the rest of my work crew.

A perfect hotel. The hotel was nicely designed, service was wonderful from front desk to evening house keeping, to breakfast attended. Very clean

Melissa has taken care of me over five stays now when bringing my elderly dog for surgery. She has helped when I needed last minute first floor accommodations and even when a shipment came after I checked out. I feel safe here traveling alone and know if there are any issues they will help to quickly resolve them. The little store is nice if you forget anything or for a last minute stay if you need a microwaveable meal or a little beer or wine.
The hotel is clean and well kept but getting a little dated. The area is nice with the Ithaca Bakery right behind the hotel. They make incredible sandwiches and salads too. The sidewalks around the hotel make it nice and they even have a coin operated laundromat!
The pool is heated and the whirlpool so nice too.
The best staff ever!

I travel frequently for work, so I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, but this one stands out as one of the best! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and feel like a home away from home.
The real star of the show is Jen at the front desk – she’s absolutely amazing! From her warm welcome to her willingness to go above and beyond, she truly makes every guest feel special.
A bonus highlight is the Wednesday evening shindig they host – the food is fantastic, and they even serve BEER! It’s such a great way to unwind midweek.
If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality, this is it. Highly recommended!

My favorite of the Hiltons in the Ithaca area. The front desk girl on evenings was not the friendliest, but everyone can have bad days.

I stayed in room 101 with my husband and two dogs. I appreciated on arrival a complimentary bag of toys and treats for my dogs. sometimes I wonder where the money for the pet fee goes. As my dogs don't get to go to the pool or have complimentary breakfast and are better behaved then most children (just saying) The room location was perfect! Easy access in and out for our dogs and away from others so late night bathroom breaks for the dogs didn't disrupt other guests.
My husband and I have been staying her since their second day of opening over 20 years now. Everytime we come home to visit this is our go to place. With that being said my room was gorgeous yet visibly aging. The quality of the carpet, couch and even blankets were disappointing. The pool and jacuzzi were highly chlorinated to the point I broke out in hives.
The breakfast was good as always. I enjoyed the Spanish influenced breakfast but, common American flavors were missed. I also missed the 24hr complimentary coffee. And noticed all the employees seemed to have been outsourced to migrants 👎 as a former Hilton employee they use to pride themselves on diversity. And that does include Ithaca natives unfortunately I didn't see that.
In the morning when taking my shower I found pill bugs on the bathroom floor and shower. I can only assume they came from the shower drain so you may need to check your plumbing.

This location is dead center of all 10 waterfalls to see in Ithaca! Perfectly centrally located, not more then a 15 minute drive to any of the parks and downtown area. A crow stole someone’s sandwich while we were checking out, lol

Came here for business in Oct 2024, overnight. Location is easy to get to - right off the highway. Very close to the 2 major uni's in the area. Hotel is located behind a small strip mall. There is a coffee, bakery, and bar/tavern in that strip mall. Also there is a pizzeria super close by (5min walk) with excellent food.
Hotel had everything I needed for a quick overnight. My room was a king w/small kitchen. However, in the kitchen there was no sponge / dishwashing liquid as i've seen in other HS/Hiltons. Staff was friendly enough, layout of the hotel is kinda weird but easy enough once you figure out where you're going.
Super small fitness room / no cable machines / stacked weights as i've seen in other ones. a few pieces of cardio equip including elliptical and some dumbbells. Has a pool and jacuzzi - which I didn't use.
B'fast was excellent. That morning they had make your own b'fast burritos/tacos: Corn/flour tortilla, pulled pork, chicken sausage, hash browns, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, assorted breads, juices, coffee, yogurt, oats, etc. Definitely filling, and the b'fast area was nicely laid out.
There is an outdoor patio with some grills you can use. It seemed super comfy and chill - if I had more time, i would have sat outside for a few. there is also a small basketball court.

Had a solid stay at Homewood Suites Ithaca. King bed was comfortable and appreciated the full kitchen as we were travelling with baby. Breakfast the 3 days we were there ( Mon, Tues,Wed) was good but lacked variety.
Mattress on sofa bed worn and you could feel the springs. Dishwasher needs attention as it did not dry after washing.
Pool was a bonus as we had it to ourselves.

The suite was very large, like a studio apartment with a working kitchen and full fridge. I was there for a family funeral so it was not a vacation. I was able to bring things I needed to work on and I had plenty of room for my own food and was able to buy some Trader Joe’s groceries nearby to bring home with me. There were utensils, towels, pots and pans in the kitchen though I brought some of my own just in case. I also had a roll of Paper towels with me that I ended up needing to use. But I did not request any cleaning of the room for the 3 nights I stayed there. Otherwise things might have been replenished and cleaned up. I did my own dishes and cleaning up.

We stayed here and decided to leave early. The thermostat in the room doesn't allow you to choose heat or a/c. You have to put it on 76 in order for the heat to start, but if you turn the temperature below that, the a/c automatically begins to cool non-stop. We send the temp to 74 and though the temp in the room was below that, the AC blew ALL night. On the previous night we set it to 76 to get the heat to work because it won't turn on by simply having the temp set above the current room temp. So either you're freezing cold or burning hot. The pull out bed was so uncomfortable that my 8 year old started having back pain from sleeping on it after 2 nights. The guy at the front desk refused to provide us with a refund for the last day or hive me any documentation showing that we checked out early.
I didn't buy my room through Expedia so this is not accurate, but the 3rd party that i did buy it through called your front desk 3 different times and the man that worked the weekend shift refused to give me a refund, refused.
