Filing taxes is never fun, but the people here were friendly and professional, so the process was as painless as it could possibly be. One thing to note: for some reason Google Maps lists the office in the wrong location. The address is correct, but the pin is in the wrong spot. It’s to the south, in the shopping center next to the Sherman Williams.

The tax preparer was excellent, but there were several technical problems unrelated to her work: The phone system wasn't working properly so I was unable to reach the office and had to make an appointment online, which was not easy. The computer at the front desk wasn't working properly and I wasn't able to pay by check. Google has the address listed incorrectly and directed me to the wrong address. All of these issues are small, but together they added up to stress and wasted time. H& R Block needs to offer much better tech support for its hard-working employees andclients!

Very knowledgeable and quick. Ive used a few H&R blocks but thjs one was by far the most efficient.
