Came in for a pedicure and gel manicure on Monday. My nail technician (Mia, I believe?) was meticulous and my nails looked amazing.
Unfortunately I had chosen a chrome topper that was new and they hadn’t had the chance to test out much yet, and it started to chip away after a day. Went back in Wednesday and explained to the owner and Mia and they immediately gave me a completely new gel manicure free of charge. I even tried to suggest they could do a gel manicure without chrome and my nail tech argued I wouldn’t get the full value I had paid for originally. Super sweet and honest people

Had a very nice spa pedicure and chair massage. As a former salon and spa owner I have high expectations. The gentleman who did my pedicure was very good and my feet were great when he was done. He did a nice chair massage after. The place was immaculate and all utensils were very clean or disposable.

So when I have been to this salon they have done great work but there also a bit rough and the last time I went the guy took a brush put the hard side of the brush in his ear picked out EAR WAX then wiped it on the table and continued to do my nails like. Nothing happened has anyone else had this expirience cause I’m not sure if I would want to go back now

I’ve been coming to E Nail Spa for about a year and a half and I appreciate every visit. They’ve made a lot of changes over the last few months and it’s been cool seeing all the upgrades- always calm vibes and a clean environment. Most sets I rely on a classic almond shape and try different gel colors. Any beauty service is a collaborative effort between the customer and service provider, ask if they can fulfill your request and give constructive feedback until your desired look is achieved. Staff is friendly, accommodating, and if I’ve ever had an issue- they’ve been diligent about fixing it. Thanks E Nails!!

me and my daughter have been coming here for years and I’ve never had any issues or complaints. The staff is very professional and friendly . The prices are very reasonable. Overall always a great experience coming here .Highly recommended！
