I look forward to going to the gym Monday- Friday. The staff is great. They are all friendly and help motivate us all. The people at the gym make it feel like you are part of a family!

I have been a member for over 6 years and stayed with it through Covid. Mostly due to the changes each week in the workouts keeps it engaging and i love the family-team environment. All are welcome and able to workout at their own level.

I started journey fitness after watching my wife start her journey and became amazed at the community she connected to. It took me a few months to finally take the plunge after working out with Sawyer and I was hooked. I went to two classes a day for the first two weeks because I couldn’t get enough.Since starting last summer I have been blown away because Journey Fitness is not just a gym, it is a community of people of all different ages, abilities, experiences, and backgrounds. Logan and Sawyer are amazing coaches who make the workouts approachable, fun, and adaptable to any level of fitness. I look forward to every class and the friends that have created my fit-fam.If you are looking for a gym or want to make a change in your life I encourage you to come to Journey Fitness Ithaca and give it a try. The coaches are here to support your goals, be that fitness or nutrition, they are there to support you and you will have an amazing group of people on their own journeys. Members come beside you and encourage you. I am so incredibly grateful for those I see everyday at the gym and where it has lead me personally. Choose your HARD.It’s HARD to live with yourself feeling out of shape or, it’s HARD to get up in the morning and work out.When I took the honest step of choosing my HARD, Journey and the community has been there at each milestone continuing to encourage and build my mind and body towards achieving my goals.The staff make sure I stay on track and continue to challenge me with a smile to do a little extra, the friends I have met at Journey make it easy and rewarding to get up and out every morning.In short, I didn’t think I’d ever again be able to wake up consistently before work and go to the gym, but now I find it HARD to sleep in.

When I first started at Journey Fitness I didn't think I would stick with it for more than a month WELL that was 6 years ago!! The workouts change weekly to ensure you are working all parts and muscles of your body. If you are not able to do a specific exercise there are always modifications that you can do. All the other members and the coaches, Logan and Sawyer Brown, are so encouraging and supportive. I have done so many things since I started here that I never even dreamed I would be able to do, such as Spartan obstacle course races, Spartan Deka events, running multiple 5k's and trail runs AND running my 1st 1/2 Marathon!! Journey is not just a place to workout at it is truly a Fit Family!!

I have been going to Journey since just before the pandemic started. I needed something to get in better shape and be more healthy and this has been a great fit for me. I have been able to drop thirty pounds and put on muscle in a healthy and sustainable way.Anyone can go to Journey, it is accessible to all ages and body types. It is a boot camp style class with multiple stations throughout your workout. I feel comfortable going to every class regardless of who is in the class or who is running the class. The people going are friendly, inspiring, and are enthusiastic to help others.The trainers (Logan, Sawyer, and Sam) are willing to push you when needed, but will also work with you at your level and pace. There is no reason not to give this place a shot and see if it works for you.I do wish there were more live class times available, which for a negative is really not that bad, since there is the ability to use the on-demand classes or virtual classes as well.

Journey has so many qualities that I just can’t say enough about. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging and humorous. The workouts are multi faceted, ever changing so you don’t get bored and adjustable to your fitness level. I love that I can see my progress even if the scale doesn’t move. Everyone at Journey is supportive, it’s a Journey family ???❤️?

I only joined Journey Fitness a couple of weeks ago but can already say it was a GREAT decision! The coaches are awesome, encouraging, and will meet you where you are at. The music and workouts are fun yet challenging and everyone has been welcoming and friendly. The value of what you get for your money is so worth it!

Journey is amazing! I was a member for years before the pandemic, and am so happy to be able to return and see Logan, Sawyer and Sam again. They keep the sessions fun and relaxed while still pushing you to get better. Five stars!

I'm hooked! I thought I would go to Journey Fitness 3 x a week, I'm there 5-6 x a week! I would never workout this hard on my own. The instructors are the best, always positive and enthusiastic. And don't worry about age, fitness level, etc. It doesn't matter, you do the best you can, and that is enough. But, you will be amazed how fast you progress. When I don't feel like going, all I need to do is show up and everyone there will give me the push I need to get through the workout. I love it!

I can't give more than 5 stars but I totally would. I have joined (and quit) numerous gyms throughout my life. I REALLY wanted to get in shape, but hated working out, so needless to say, I kept failing! UNTIL I discovered Journey Fitness Ithaca! The coaches are AMAZING and truly have your best interests in mind! The FitFam community is sooo supportive. If you have ever wanted to get healthy (no matter your size or age) contact Journey! You will NOT be disappointed!

Journey fitness has been a perfect blend of self-challenge infused with group fitness support. Logan and Sawyer are outstanding coaches and trainers who are supportive and will challenge you to meet your personal goals. I would highly recommend journey fitness to those wanting to make a change.
