Don't get gas here unless you like being treated like crap by the lousy attendants who act like you are forcing them to do the job they were hired for! They should just FIRE EVERYONE and start over with all NEW employees. I don't get gas here anymore!!!

I was verbally attacked and threatened by one of their employees! I reported it to the manager who did Nothing, I reported it to their corporate headquarters who did Nothing and I reported it to the Parent Corporation who also DID NOTHING!!!\nThe offending employee is still working there like nothing happened. I should have called the Police and had him ARRESTED!\nAvoid this gas station like the PLAGUE.

I have been a loyal customer of Kwik Fill in Ithaca for 10 plus years and for the most part have always liked the attendants and extra service they provide on my weekly gas stop. Today, after providing my cards to pay for them to pump the gas, I got distracted and pulled out prior to completion of the fill and the attendant had pulled out the gas dispenser. Truth is that I simply got distracted on a phone conversation on my cell and forgot that I had not gotten my receipt after the gas tank was full and pumped. I must admit that was not the first time in my life that I have done that, but to my shock an attendant came chasing after me screaming at me and telling me to never return (by the way I did pay with a card for the gas that was pumped prior to me pulling out and nothing was damaged). I tried to talk to him and apologize but he refused to listen and then he ran after me to the curb, still screaming and took pictures of my vehicle and license as though I had broken the law or stolen the gas. I did stop so he could take his pictures because to my knowledge I had broke no law, other than being absentminded. I gad never seen this attendant previously at the Ithaca Kwik Fill and have no idea who he was or if he was a manager or what his role is there. But I suppose I will listen to his demand to never return to that gas station. Now that I have read a couple reviews by others it looks like I will not be alone as I cancel my Kwik Fill gas card next week. No

The quality of service here has gone Way DOWNHILL! I don't get gas here anymore, they need to Fire those Rude and Disrespectful "employees" because they are loosing customers.

Employees there act like you are bothering them to do the job they are getting paid for! They are Rude and Disrespectful, one in particular, heavyset and bearded has the worst attitude. I took my business elsewhere and will never go back!

Service quality is okay most of the time. My biggest issue is with the low quality of gasoline at this particular location. Both vehicles I've taken here have experienced stalling, spuddering and idling very low. I've fixed this by purchasing gasoline elsewhere. I would recommend the company check for potential contamination within their fuel storage tanks.

I love not getting out of my car! I have one of their cards which gives me pennies off the going price. The staff is grateful to have our business. It is easy to get out onto the road using the Meadow Street exit due to the timing of the traffic lights.

I go to this particular quick fill frequently. I use their diesel in a VW Jetta. So far so good. The gas attendants are always professional and ready to filler up.

Deeply saddened. I have filled up twice a week for years at this Kwik fill in Ithaca because I appreciated the service of staying in my car and having the gas pumped for me.. but now they have changed policy and I can't use my card at the pumps without the pin anymore even if running it as credit...so effectively I have to get out and punch in the pin and ended up pumping my own gas today. That being the case, there is now no reason to go to Kwik Fil anymore. Not when there are 15 other gas stations with lower prices that I would have to pump my own gas at. I was always willing to pay a little more for the service, sad that it ended.
