Horribly understaffed. I came with one another person to get our gel nails taken off. If you don’t know how long it takes, taking the polish off takes 20 MINUTES. As soon as we got there the older woman was rude, telling us to sign in and started pushing us to get manicures even though we had repeated ourselves 4 times that we had only wanted our gel polish taken off. She gave us a nasty look and told us to sign in. We took a seat, and sat there for half an hour. Nobody talked to us or grabbed us. Such a waste of time. They made us sit for the amount of time it took to take the nails off. We ended up leaving before she even took the nails off, we were getting headaches from all the chemicals. 0 stars if I could.

Nasty reuse everything files and not sanitary. And not for the nails they do clumsy and drill ur whole nail down also cut u arleast 3 times with the drill.

This is horrible. They have their daughter who is downs, working on clients. She did my pedicure and cut me so bad it took forever to stop bleeding. Please drive by this place!!!

I love this salon! They are so kind and never make me feel rushed. My nails always look amazing and last a solid 3 and a half weeks before I need a fill. It's super clean, they have LOTS of color choices, and i think they have fair prices. I won't go anywhere else 😊

I went here one other time like a year ago for my prom nails they weren’t terrible just a little on the thinner side now the time I went which was today(8/3/24) they turned out AMAZING and the pedi was top tier! The Pinterest photo is the phot I showed the nail tech!

1st mani/pedi in Ithaca. 45.00 Unfriendly staff and still needed to trim nails when I got home. Didn't experience anything I haven't done myself at home. No thanks.

Very nice staff but terrible quality. I sat at the dryer for the recommended time and then went straight home. My polish bubbled and peeled, even though I was careful not to touch anything. I had regular polish on natural nails; maybe the other services are better.

Have been going to Kathy and family for over 20 years. Love them. Very quick to solve any problem I have witnessed walk in. Have also been disgusted with how customers treat these business owners. Be kind people. Be kind

They do a fantastic job I just don't like the daughter attitude. Figure out a way to close the business down for an hour so you three can take a break or don't work for your parents. Or find another job I don't speak Vietnamese but facial expressions are the same all over the world. Her face just drips with it.

Would do zero stars if I could. I went here 3 times and had the gentleman each time do my pedicure - the best - very professional, great job, no complaints what-so-ever. Yesterday I went - he was busy - so either his daughter or niece did my nails. She was very unhappy that she hadn't finished her lunch (we told her to finish - no hurry). She clipped my toenails unevenly - 1 even clipped at an angle that took one whole side off - wth. Then she cleaned under the nails forcefully. She proceeded to clip what she called "hang nails" - kept telling her it hurt and she simply kept going - used clippers on sides and along top of toes until they were red and raw. Did no filing or shaping what so ever. Asked for OPI polish - she said "use this one - I like". I said no gel - use OPI. She proceeded to use polish she wanted. Everytime I tried to talk to her she just ignored me - no language barrior - just rude - was more interested in watching tv. I have never encountered such an attitude. Today I got up and toes are very red and swollen. Stopped back in to talk to them - the woman I believe is the owner told me - "NO PROBLEM. all hangnails need clip - uneven nails will grow back - just put some ointment on toes - will be fine - don't worry".
