Two days ago we went in to Maguire Toyota (Ithaca) where we saw a RAV4 we were interested in. Ryan Parker helped us and spent all the time we needed to explain the car and the different options. We liked the car though the price was more than we wanted to spend.Ryan said he‘d called us back in the next few days.The next day Ryan phoned and we worked out a price that satisfied us and the dealership.We went down in the afternoon, made sure all was in order, and bought the car.Ryan stayed with us, making sure everything got done before the end of the day and we drove off with our new purchase.To sum up, Ryan and the Maguire staff were polite, helpful and efficient throughout the sale and delivery.We’ve gotten 2 cars now from Maguire and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.PLUS… the service department has always provided top notch attention comfort and care.Michael Marks

I bought a new Subaru Ascent from Maguire Subaru in Ithaca. Alex Hancharik was an outstanding salesman and really went out of his way to be friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.I can’t recommend him enough, simply a nice guy and a great salesman.Oh yes, and I’m very happy with the car. Subaru rules!Thanks Alex!

Just bought a new Outback from Chris. He was very knowledgeable about the features, very friendly, patient and helpful. I was very comfortable with the whole buying process. I definitely recommend buying at Maguire.

Worked with Bella Mullen at Maguire Import/Internet Sales. Super helpful the whole way through, took plenty of time to answer all of my questions about the pre-owned Rav4 I was interested in, without pushing me to buy it. Made the experience pleasant, almost fun. Adam in the finance office was great too, especially when it was necessary to correct some clerical errors. Nice facility. The renew-crew had the car spotless for the test drive and went through it again 4 days later for me to take delivery (it rained in between my visits). I know there are some new hires working behind the scenes, so other than those clerical errors on the sales contract I really have zero complaints about Bella or Maguire.

I had an awesome experience buying my 2023 Chevy 2500 diesel from maguire of Baldwinsville.Aleshia was my sales lady and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend maguire dealerships.

Horrible people they sold me a van with the wheel bearing going so I took it back they told me it's the tires and they aren't putting no more money into it. I took it to my mechanic and find out the wheel bearing was going. Then just recently the back of the van caught on fire and I didn't even own it for 7 months and they now refuse to fix it.

We bought a used 2023 Kia Sportage from Maguire's. Marc was our salesman and he was very nice, responsive and checked in on us often. We bough the car online in AZ and had it shipped from NY. Every thing went smooth until it showed up. The car was advertised with 2571 Miles and showed up with 3693 Miles, which can make a big difference in price when shopping for cars across the country. The car looks great and we are happy, we just hope in the future that Maguire Kia pays more attention to detail.

I was in search of a Suburu Outback and was looking around the inventory on the lot after work and in the dark. Then within 5 mins, a bright light step into my view, his name was Alex Hancharik. He offered his immediate assistance and began having a discussion of what I had seen and what I was interested in. He explained in details about the different choices I was considering and then made the suggestion of a Forester for my consideration.We went over to inspect the vehicle and then walked inside to further discuss it.I bought the vehicle without feeling any sales pressure and found Alex to be amenable to my personal decisions. He was more than helpful, efficient and extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicle. I would highly recommend him in assisting you in your selection of a vehicle. Thank you once again, Alex!

car broke down. took it to the service dept who didn't want to deal with me because I made a concern about a customer walking out of the service dept with my keys talking about a test drive the prior service. bring it in for the fuel pump, sits two weeks somehow ends up with a completely flat tire they don't want to fix. GSM called the police over a misunderstanding and dislike of language. Dealership is terrible from sales to service. Yukia the General Sales Manager is the one who called the police after telling me my vehicle would be finished today(2/11). knowing the warranty company was closed on weekends and couldn't pay for repairs until Monday when they open. Charging warranty company over 900$ for a 1 hour replacement of a fuel pump at a service cost of 160$/hr and fuel pump was 200$. Not to mention they sold my cousin a brand new Durango with Bad and expired tires and wouldn't replace them until metal rods were showing. on top of that they lost the lock key for the lug nuts that were on the vehicle when sold! Good luck talking to somebody on the phone, they don't answer nor do they return calls from voicemails left. Also kind of weird they have no loaner vehicles for well over a month( and counting ) however staff all drive dealer issued vehicles they then put back on the lot for sales!

So, I had service on My 2014 Ford Taurus Limited at Maguire Hyundai of Grand Island NY today 12/28 and Caitlyn in service was outstanding and so professional and super nice. It was a pleasure to meet her and what a great change from Fuccillo. I never got that with Fuccillo. And they will Detail your vehicle inside and out for you when getting serviced. Maguire Body Shop are one of the easiest businesses I have dealt with. Someone damaged my car while out-of-state, it was drivable. The other drivers insurance covered everything and offered two local shops. I've dealt with two other local body shops for minor touch-up work with no complaints. I'm glad I choose Maguire (due to convenient location). They were kind, considerate, responsive and communicated well. I had to take it back twice because sensors came loose and they handled those with ease. The vibe is great and it must be a great place to work because everyone is cheerful. Plus the Body Shop Manager gets down on his knees along with the workers and having a boss that works along side you is always encouraging. I would choose them again - no question.

Drove an hour for service that I scheduled on line. The appointment had not gone through to the service department. RJ West was very accommodating. Got me in for service right away, they even washed my car. Could not have asked for better customer service.
