From my sales person (Lou) to the service advisor (Steve) and everything in between.. I have been treated with nothing but respect. I’m very happy with all services I’ve received and even my shuttle driver was so nice. I couldn’t ask for a better dealership than Maguire ************** of Syracuse NY. Thank you guys!!

Working with Des at Maguires was such a pleasure! She worked tirelessly with me to make a deal go through & helped me navigate to make sure I ended up in the car I wanted. I told Des what I was looking for and she instantly sent me the perfect car. Des knew the ins and outs and spent almost an hour going through the car so I understood the new technology. She’s the best !

Unbelievable. I can't believe people actually buy from this place. I drove almost 2 hours to this dealership because I saw the car I was looking for on their website for a price that was in my budget, and they advertised "upfront competitive low pricing" on their vehicles. The fact that they wanted to make me pay $1000/month for a 4 year old Subaru WRX, advertised for $24,900, and then undervalue my trade, which according to 3 other dealerships ranges from around $7000, and offer me $5000, and if I opted out of their little protection package I'd pay even more. Plus, every dealership I've went to offers 72 month financing, which this dealership strongly objects to because they don't think we'll keep the car. There's a host of similar cars on the market back home offering the exact same cars but newer, slightly out of my budget, and with a monthly payment that's half of this, all for no money down. Salesman hardly knew anything about the car, and always went back to his manager every time we asked him a question. And then to top it off, you want a chalk up the fact that you're ripping me off, to sales tax? Then you have the gall to ask if we'd be returning for your business?Yeah no thanks. I've been in the automotive industry for 10 years, and I've never been more thoroughly disgusted with a business that I have been with this one. A gross disservice to anyone willing to buy a car. Steer clear.PS they're "entering their slow season, and may try to get you a good deal." Save yourself some money and don't fall for it. Only upfront thing about this place is that they lied from the very beginning.

My experience today was much easier and quicker than I anticipated .. based on past similar experiences with multiple dealerships. Your employee that worked with me, Carly Kelly, was totally up to date with everything that had to be done with my leased vehicle purchase and transfer of ownership and insurance, etc . I even bought an added feature for future service appointments! She’s a great salesperson and I appreciate how much easier she made this appointment for me - compared to past experiences buying and/or leasing vehicles. I am blown away by the exceptional service I have received at Maguire Kia of Ithaca, NY! I have a 2022 Kia Seltos that needed some work and I had a very limited time frame to get my car serviced due to only being in town for a brief time. They went above and beyond to try to accommodate me and I am forever grateful! Thank you Billy Meeker in the Service Dept!! You rock!!!

1) I went in for a small repair at the bodyshop. They took the insurance information and said everything would be taken care of. Then they charged me $295 and I found that they hadn't received authorization for the repair from my insurance, which turned out to cover only $85. My insurance said they never received the photos. Maguire claims they sent them; but when they didn't receive the authorization, why didn't they follow up? The insurance was nice to approve the work, even after it was done, against their policy, but had I known that only $85 would be covered, I would have shopped around. When I emailed this feedback to the person who should have taken care of everything, I got no response.2) The panel is warped where they had to remove it to do the above repair.3) It took 6 weeks to get an appointment for the estimate, and then another 11-12 weeks to get the repair scheduled.4) I might have an issue with my collision detector. Maguire said I would have to pay $160 for the diagnosis, even though the car is under warranty.Sadly, I got another ding on my car. KIA of East Syracuse charges $75-80 for this similar repair, and will diagnose the detector issue for free. I have an appointment 10 days after my call, and they will do the estimate, insurance approval, and repair on the same day.

This was my first time dealing with Maguire KIA and it won't be my last. Des made it so easy and comfortable. She was personable wanted to get to know you and what you wanted and what you didn't want. She walked you through each step. She walked me down to the service dept to schedule my first appointment. I met Bob he was very nice and informed me how the service dept worked. After signing all the papers she made sure before you left that you knew how to connect to the car and answered all of my questions. Thank you I will be a returning customer and send you some more customers.
