The team is incredibly flexible and patient, calmly walking clients through processes, spending significant time on decisions, and seamlessly handling long-distance coordination with calls and photos. They expertly handle creating new engagement rings and wedding bands, as well as re-setting or redoing existing jewelry to fix defects, completing work in a very timely manner. The final products are described as super beautiful, absolutely stunning, and perfect.
