He explained everything thoroughly without being pushy or trying to upsell me. I used to be in furniture sales outside of Boston and the selection at Sam Peter is very large and varied. “Mr. Lankford was very courteous and pleasant in assisting my wife and me in our investigation of the I8 mattress. He answered all of our questions completely, even one of mine that was silly in retrospect. No pressure, he allowed the product to sell itself. We were disappointed that we have to wait about 5 weeks for delivery, but are hoping it will be well worth the wait, to wake up without all the hip and back pain we currently experience.”
