I came up from Philadelphia for the weekend and I got a flat tire this place is the best they took me right away. They look at all of my car issues and they gave me a brand new tire within 40 minutes and now I was able to enjoy the rest of the day with my family. I would recommend this to anybody. I had a nail in my tire so I went to the Mavis in New Windsor, New York. They told me it couldn’t be repaired but they could sell me a $220 tire. I then went to Mavis in Ithaca, New York and the manager George not only took out the screw, he also didn’t fraudulently try to sell me a tire I didn’t need (because there was no hole!!!) Integrity matters. Need tires definitely go here!!!

As tourists with a rental car, finding we had a flat tyre at our accommodation was going to be a real headache. Luckily we phoned Mavis Discount Tire. Within 10 mins, John came to our rescue & swapped for the spare so that we could drive to the store. They found a screw in the tire & Kalem patched it so we didn't even have to buy a new tire. All sorted in about 30mins! Superb, friendly & efficient - PERFECT! A MASSIVE thank you.

I recently moved to town and these guys were great, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and were honest. I’ll definitely go back next time I need anything related to my tires!

I just went to Mavis without an appointment and on a busy Sunday. I needed a tire replaced on a last minute emergency basis and George was there to help. He helped more than he knows bc as a pet care provider with over 100 clients? Both I and my clients rely on my ability to travel with ease and on time, I can cover 80 miles in a single day doing my job. I also deeply appreciated his nonjudgmental, stoic, unflinchingly kind and deeply patient nature as he dealt with the stress of his busy job with ease and skill. George is a real one. This place is safe, fast, feels like the employees are friends, and I got out of there in less than an hour on an incredibly busy day.

This place is awesome! I brought my car in on short notice to have a tire issue examined, and after a very short wait, the crew was able to fix the problem and get my vehicle back to me. I was back on the road before I knew it.
Very special thanks to the Assistant Manager on site, Jeremy, who provided excellent service and generous pricing for the work done. Bring your car here - you won’t regret it!
