Employees are very helpful, although the prices are quite high, and restocking not always timely. Customer service is excellent though.

They have a lot of unique Xmas items. Good prices the closer you get to Xmas. But I went in looking for punch yarn craft and couldn't find any and there was no staff around to ask.
