My girlfriend had a very very unpleasant experience, the man that did her nails was very rude and rough leaving many burns and cuts on her nails he did the complete opposite of what she asked for, we walked outside and realized she had a tiny piece of metal lodged in her skin around her nails. The nails had a total price of $75 for nails she didnt want.

very great service! i found this place through internet word-of-mouth and got a gel pedicure, was very satisfied with the results and attention to detail. they even gave me a quick shoulder massage and finished my hands off with oil, lotion, and a hot towel. will be returning!

I recently went for a pedicure and in the past I have never had an issue at Miracle Nails. But this time, I must have gotten a newer tech because he rushed through and did not pay attention to detail at all. The pictures are not even 24 hours after I got my pedicure. On my left foot, the big toe isn't painted all the way, the paint is peeling off and my pinky toe is only half painted. And yes they had my toes separated while painting them. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Miracle Nails.

My friend and I Made appointments for a pedicures at 12:30. They took us right in on time so that’s a plus. Multiple people worked on me which results in you sitting there soaking in water for a while, which is fine, but at no point did anyone ask me what I wanted. Then someone came over and buffed then painted my toes. It ended with an exactly 2 minute leg massage. When I went to pay I assumed that was the basic $30 pedicure because what else could it have been. Nope. $50 because it was gel polish. My friend got her calluses removed, gel, and a 10 minute hot stone massage for $55. It was a pretty disappointing treat for myself. 2 stars because they did get me in on time and my polish looks fine so far.

I was patient even through a painful experience getting the gel set, having to request extremely lopsided nails to be fixed + being given the wrong nail color 3 times.
I ended up with a different color than I asked for.. I declined the add ons & got a simple, short gel set, and I was up still charged even though I was leaving with the wrong color. I didn’t make a fuss of this and paid the full amount in cash.
I was then told I HAD TO TIP. I politely declined and was pressured into tipping for several minutes despite telling them I’m not tipping & I did not want to. Especially since on a previous visit they wouldn’t let my friend tip the amount she wanted and made her tip $10. It made me feel very uncomfortable, and made me feel forced as they kept asking for my credit card and different forms of payment like it was mandatory. She was so rude when she finally realized the pressure wasn’t going to work.
It was extremely pushy and unprofessional. I DID NOT GIVE IN but it ruined the entire experience for me and I will never be going back.

There are a couple decent technicians here. But in general I haven't had the best experiences. Some are rude, rough, and rush you, others just do not even listen to what service you want done and have given me manicures I hate. I walked out very upset after not receiving what I explained to 2 different technicians. I left miracle nails salon and immediately drove to another so I don't get pissed off every time I look at my nails 😅

I got a gel mani, regular pedi. There are NO regular colors that match the gel ones, which I’ve been able to find a wide selection of at every single nail salon I’ve ever been to. My technician was rude and tried to force me to get a gel pedicure. I tried to be as nice as possible while explaining to her that I didn’t want, that I wanted a matching color for my fingernails and toenails, and she looked visibly annoyed and talked under her breath. She was also rude when the appointment had just started. I used to like miracle but every time I go the service gets worse and the workers get more rude. I would like a refund for my last trip.

Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else. I paid $70 before tip for a gel pedicure exactly a week ago and one of the my toes gel polish completely fell off. Not to mention the pedicure was rushed and I had two different technicians switch out and do my pedicure. They performed the same pedicure package on my friends for the same price and yet we all had different things done during. My friend also tipped her technician after her pedicure and the lady looked at her tip and said “ugh really??”
I’ve only came to this place twice and won’t be giving them my business again.
The other time I came here was almost 4 years ago and the lady doing my full set was very rude. I tried to tell her three of my nails were crooked and she responded with telling me my fingers were crooked not my nail. The acrylic was uneven and grossly thick.

No stars. I waited 30 minutes for my appointment and was commiserating with another customer who couldn't continue to wait for her appointment and had to leave. When I finally sat in a chair, the nail technician yelled at me, and accused me of making them lose a customer. I was so insulted; it was their poor time management and not honoring appointments that lost them a customer. I was willing to wait but instead I walked out. Go to a different nail place in Ithaca.
