As I waited for an inspection I observed the kindest customer service ever by Jeremy who carefully explained options to other customers- Jeremy obviously genuinely cared about the people! All was good for my inspection and they took pictures of things to be aware of down the road...I will be back, down the road! Thank you Jeremy!

All around one of the best auto mechanic shops in ithaca, if not the best. Highly recommend this location, especially for those debating between going to Hunts or elsewhere.

We came in last moment with a broken exhaust that no one else in town would fit us in for. Jeremy told us to come right on down. He didn't skip a beat from the moment he had our keys! Within moments we had our vehicle in the shop and just a couple moments after that he told us exactly what our options were for getting it fixed.
He was truly professional and even gave us options for financing our exhaust and we got approved! The experience here was so pleasant and we'll be coming back at any chance we get!

I have been to this location on Elmira Road twice in the past month. Good service both times. My complaint is the horrific condition of the customer waiting area and the restroom. Absolutely filthy. Clean them.

Can’t say enough good things about this shop and the folks that work here. Tim went above and beyond to get me in a good place. Not to mention he gave me the best price I could find anywhere. This shop quoted me $2600 telling me I needed my wheel bearing replaced, all new brake pads, and had a dirty air filter. When I asked about finance options, the clerk over the phone was basically clueless.
Took it to Honda down the street, $1200, just needed new wheel bearing. Told me point blank they lied to me about my brake pads. Obvious upsell. Would not trust their quote prices
