Our front tire ripped on the way home. Mr Tire was able to replace both front tires within an hour for a reasonable price!

Last week payed over $750.00 dollars in cash for truck tires. Set an appointment up for this past Friday to have them put on. Appointment for 4 PM let them know that I had to be to work at 6 PM, Was told not a problem will have it done. I get there at 3:50. I pulled out of there at 6:54 PM to have four tires put on my truck during that time somebody came in for an emergency inspection. They stopped what they were doing for one hour and inspected a vehicle. As I asked a staff member named Brandon, how long it would be I have to go to work. He never answered me. Ran in the back and hid for over an hour and 20 minutes the following day I called no refund was offered. No comps were offered other than an oil change three hours of my time money out of my pocket , and I felt like I was treated like I was the one that was being rude . In the past 12 months I have spent $1800 in tires there. If it takes more than an hour to put tires on, yeah probably should check somewhere else. This place is sad sad sad, and I’ll never be back.

Came in for a flat and they ended up checking the tire and reinflating it at no cost. Great service will definitely return!

I’ve never spent more than 45 minutes for an oil change and 9/10 times it’s under 30 minutes. Anywhere else in town you spend at least an hour waiting if not longer.

Ithaca Mr. Tire is Phenomenal! The managers (especially currently Chad) are so Above & Beyond helpful. I've been going for years & they have Earned my trust. As a female, it's so common to be lied to (former mechanical designer) but they never do that. They give great advice & won't just pick the most expensive tires. The guys in the shop are also awesome. One (Chris?) even printed a Hyundai technical bulletin about covering my paint peeling. I Love Mr. Tire!

Amazing and quick service. They helped repair my tire that had a nail in it and only took 45 minutes and did an amazing job. Highly recommend and the prices are fair as well!

I had a flat tire and visited several shops nearby, all of which quoted over $400 for a replacement. Mr. Tire was the only place that offered to repair it instead. They did a fantastic job fixing the puncture, and it cost me less than 10% of what the other shops were asking. I’m incredibly grateful—thank you so much!
