Manager asked me for multiple types of identification and still claimed my ID was fake after I complied. Very unprofessional, wasted a ton of time, and clearly takes satisfaction in denying people service.

The manager is rude, refusing to sell me a bottle of liquor after a long day. I was just tired, only had one drink tonight with dinner, he totally overreacted.

I've never had my ID rejected in my life... I repulsed at the idea of fake ID as a teen. As an adult in my mid 20s to have a manager be exceptionally rude to me because my out of state ID didn't "glow" under the UV correctly. To be treated as an underage delinquent and have security give myself and a co-worker a death glare leaving the store... appalling. I don't look underage and the entire staff could have handled their stringent policy better.

I tend to avoid coming here because if you look young, they're going to be super suspicious of you - if you're like me, under 5' Asian with a youthful face (despite being a few years from 30). Last year I decided to give them another shot, my experiences were fine, so I continued going. It depends which employees are working. Today was a reminder why I need to stop supporting this business: the cashier was so rude and uncomfortable. Looking at my license, and me up and down, using his flashlight on my license, still not believing me, calling his manager over, his manager grilling me about my DOB and zip code. Stop treating your customers like criminals and liars. We get that you get a lot of people using fake IDs, but it's clear when someone has a fake ID vs a real license. Using your own prejudices of "how old someone looks" is so unprofessional.
