Oil Change in Ithaca, NY

“I went on a Saturday morning for the “better” oil change (only a few dollars more than the “good” oil change & includes checking all fluids). Service was so quick (less than 15 mins). I felt they were honest and straightforward & no part of me felt they were trying to scam or take advantage of me (a gal who pretty clearly knows very little about cars, lol). I’d been told by another auto shop that I’d have to get a part that costs hundreds of dollars replaced during my next oil change, and when I asked about it they reassured me that wasn’t the case, and that the part wasn’t necessary and I could just have it removed instead of replaced. They also checked my tires and removed a hanging hunk of metal that needed to be removed from my front bumper at no extra cost. The price was so reasonable and it was a huge relief. I am only in Ithaca short term, but my experience made me want to come back here just for my next oil change!!”

“Ideal auto shop experience, rarely any wait never any complaints. It’s the only place I go. It reminds me of the early-2000s auto shop Lego set which is a big plus. Also, I don’t know why they do this, but they always seem to clean my vehicle when I bringing it in for maintenance, oil, etc. even if the car is in the bay for <15 minutes. Great service.”

“Went to get new tires on last fall and just got my oil changed for $25.Both times were fine I was there about the same amount of time as the other shops in town . Didn't go with great expectations but has worked out fine. Now I get free tire rotations with a reminder every 6 months.”
