I feel so fortunate to have found Pattersons in Ithaca. It’s the best of the best. I have lived in many places, and this garage is my favorite. Mike, the owner, is so knowledgeable and takes care of his customers.

I’m somewhat afraid to share my experiences with Patterson’s service station because if other people find out how wonderful their service is, I won’t be able to get an appointment! They have given us the best advice over the 27 years that we have been bringing our cars there. They are practical, service oriented, and the people who work there are long term employees, so I have to assume they are treated well. They have gone the extra mile for us many times and we are comfortable putting the safety of our family in their hands. I recommend Patterson’s service station without any reservations!Services: Transmission

I have been going to Patterson's for over 5 years. They are very accommodating and very nice folks who use easy-to-understand language to describe what is going on. Mike and Nathan in particular are very patient, even when I write down the wrong date on my calendar and forget to bring my car in all together. Over the years they have fixed almost everything on my car and to their credit their fixes stay fixed.Very contrary to most garage experiences I have had, they have been honest with me about the state of my car (old, tired, and cranky) and have provided excellent support to help me buy something new - I have not managed to actually do this yet, but not for lack of trying on their part. I'm happy to be a loyal customer! I would recommend trying to call in advance as they do get booked up.Services: Oil change

I made an appointment at Patterson's Service Station for a New York State inspection for my car. Nathan and Mike are amazing. They are helpful, caring and let you know that they appreciate your business. They did a great job and even loaned me a car for the day at no charge while they did the inspection. I recently moved here from a warm climate and they unfroze my window washer fluid, cleaned out the reservoir and got in the right fluid for frigid New York State. it just doesn't get any better than that. I highly recommend Patterson's Service Station. I will look forward to their service again in the future!! Thanks guys
