When I asked a question of the staff he consulted someone else about my question too which I thought was cool because I was looking for guidance and I appreciated the collaboration! They are also helpful when you have questions or can’t find what you’re looking for on the floor.
The phone was a little bit of a long wait time.”
“July 2024 this Tops pharmacy is sooo fast at filling prescriptions.
I’ve been using Ithaca downtown Wegman’s Pharmacy for a year, and they’re great helpful staff there, but it can also take days for refills, and at least 1-3 hours if you call directly. I’ve received texts from them that my meds are ready, and when I arrive that same day I still have to wait 15-30 min. for them to finish.
Versus this month now 4 times I’ve left a doctor appointment in downtown Ithaca and called the Tops from the parking lot to see when my med would be ready, and they announce each time it’s already done.
Tops staff isn’t as smiley/friendly as Wegman’s in person at the counter, but they are fast.”
“I feel like I’m visiting a small town, family run pharmacy. It’s not a fancy building, but I don’t need a 3000 ft.² drugstore to get my prescriptions. The staff are always very kind and treat me with respect. The atmosphere and attention to detail is far better than most of the national drugstores I’ve used in the past. I appreciate that this is an employee owned company, you can fill it as soon as you walk in the door.”

“It's not bad. They have never overcharged me for my meds like Wegmans did, and they have kindly grabbed their own good rx cards for me before to help me pay for an unexpected co-pays. But they still aren't the best pharmacy I've ever been to. The best one in town though, yes.”
“The best Walgreens Ive patronized by far, too bad its in Ithaca and Im leaving soon. Both employees I interacted with were extremely happy. One was stocking the pai. relievers and engaged me to assist finding what was needed. The other was the cashier,Jess, who assisted me in my first time adding money to a new Chime account and she just had a a great personality.”
“I did have a not so pleasant review on here for Walmart pharmacy it was an error I’m so sorry it was meant for the front of house customer service they’re high school poor attitude and inconveniencing service with their make up rules as they go just because they want to climb up on the pedestal of their throne and be king of poop castle whoever the general Manager is of the store should be ashamed at the management staff in customer service I have seen Discrimination of all kinds and hostile managers towards customers and will no longer shop at this location I will drive 40 minutes out of my way. Thank you to the pharmacy for calling to ask me if they could do anything to change my mind I quickly told the sweet woman that it was my mistake and felt so bad … thank you whom ever u are! They should promote you to management and kick those guys back into where they belong janitorial staff.”

“I love Walgreens Retail and have shopped at over 100 stores worldwide. Though I am used to excellent service, the team at this location is truly first-rate. Special shout-outs to:
1. Debbie Morse (shift lead): always very helpful in retail, bright, smiley face, and a contagious personality.
2. Claire (tech): so bright and sweet, simultaneously balancing full-time school at Cornell. She is very knowledgeable about pharmacy operations.
3. Kristin Harrington (tech) is my favorite technician at any Walgreens I have been to. She is prompt, swift, sharp, and has a wonderful sense of humor. She always cheers me up on my darkest day.
