Krispy krunchy oh how far have you fallen. This used to be a once every couple weeks or several times a month treat for myself so much better than KFC and more affordable than trying to order it at a restaurant that has all changed. My trip ended Krispy crunchy this evening at approximately 7:20 the fried Chicken case was looking pretty lacking there was still enough for what I wanted though so I went ahead and ordered anyway my usual and all dark eight piece when I got to the register the price came up to almost $20 this has to be at least a $6 price jump in the past month absorbent to sat the least. I asked the employee why the price hike and he told me that they now have a new menu and that there have been several things removed from the menu as well. I got home mind you I live only about 15 minutes away only to open up my box and bite into a piece of chicken and it's barely even lukewarm this is not the first time this has happened this is an unsafe business practice and I have half a mind to blow you into the health department. I have been to your establishment in the past during your regular business hours to find a similar situation where your chicken case is not very full. During this visit about a week ago I had asked the employee to tempt the chicken as it seemed like it was kind of on the old side. The employee pulled out a laser temperature probe which only temps the surface and he tells me that it's 117° not only is that not the correct way to temp the chicken that you're going to sell to the public but that is also dangerously low for a holding temperature as the required holding temperature is 141 degrees. Needless to say I did not buy any that night and I told the employee that he should throw it away as it was unsafe. Between the price hike and the unsafe business practices I don't intend on returning anytime soon and I seriously caution anyone who does. If you dare definitely ask the store clerk to internally temp the chicken 141 or higher or no good!!! These guys are going to get somebody very sick!This is also not my first review of this establishment the first time I was immediately contacted by the owner and he asked me to message him privately he never responded!! All of these things rolled into one you are one shady businessman!!

Stopped here for gas and tried some fried chicken. Delicious, crispy outside, juicy inside. Decent price. Recommended!

Delicious chicken but they overcharged me by $8 today and when I brought it up, I got a little performance between the two guys working there that was obviously fake. No apology, no remorse. They gave me my money back but I wonder how many other people they've ripped off over the years.

COVID warning: They are not serious about enforcing masks. A group of four people came in not wearing masks. I alerted the attendant, who said, "Oh I'll have to talk to them" and then did nothing.

First time I feel obligated to leave a review. I ordered 8 piece dark and 2 biscuits, the guy gave me 8 wings and one biscuit. When I went back and asked the guy, he told me I needed to speak English properly. Based on his physical demeanor, I'm pretty sure the guy was on drugs. Please fire the guy who was here at December 12th at 2PM. The chicken is delicious though.

Got this delivered considering the covid. First time trying this place and it's not bad. Chicken are very crispy and juicy, and still very hot when I received them. However the chicken are a bit salty for me, and I'd say it's more salty than Popeyes or KFC. The waffle fries are a must try tho! Will order from this place again.
