I completely understand it's not the employees' problem if the store is understaffed but that is absolutely not an excuse to be so rude to customers. I couldn't get through on the phone after being on hold so I just went to the store. I didn't want to go inside the store because I'm high risk for covid but they have a written sign on the drive thru saying come inside. The pharmacist couldn't find my prescription that the other pharmacy verified had been transferred. When I said I tried to call and check on it he said "do you realize there's only two of us working here??" And "there are four people in line behind you" like either of those things is my problem. I'm sorry but that doesn't preclude you from helping someone get their medication.

I'm not sure on the logistics whether it be under staffing or what but I have nothing but issues with the pharmacy. The staff are always very short and rude in person or on the phone. I'm not notified of issues with my prescriptions and they just sit pending for days. When I call I'm on hold for ten minutes at a time to only be greeted rudely when someone does answer. It's unprovoked, I'm only trying to get information and they are just so nasty on the phone. It's in a convenient location but I will be switching pharmacies due to the unprofessionalism.

Pharmacy is never on time with any prescriptions. They'll have it in their system for 4 days and not bother getting it ready. No matter what, it's a 10 minute wait when you walk in because only then they start to get it ready.

Have had nothing but good interactions with the people working there, the pharmacy is just tragically understaffed and has been for more than a year now. This is a corporate problem, not the fault of the people who work there. It's almost always painful to pick up a prescription. They've had a ceiling leak draining into a trap and through a tube from the ceiling into a roller garbage bin for like a month or more now right in the middle of the store. They had to close for a whole day with no notice because they had no pharmacists available. The store is struggling.

Don’t have any of your life saving medicine sent here. They decide just to close when they want. Then have you hold on the phone for roughly 5 minutes just to hang up on you.

Me and my brother were doing a quick doordash pickup for some popcorn, but the older white lady manager that was working at the time went out of her way to follow us around to see if we were stealing… didn’t bother checking on the other white shoppers… ?

It is hard to believe how something as important as a pharmacy can be so disorganized. My doctor sent over a prescription, Walgreens notified me it was ready, when I arrived they couldn't find the prescription. I had to have my doctor resend the prescription, which resulted in a 3 day delay to obtain it.

***Dont do business with a place that cheats local small business. They don't pay their vendors!! Make right with your small businesses in the area and get them PAID!!! ?

Not sure why there are such negative reviews. Have only had positive experiences with this location, helpful staff and very efficient pharmacy. Glad to make this my go-to spot

Last week i had my doc send in a script that I needed soon but had ran out of refills. Walgreens called Friday to let me know it’s ready, I told them that I wouldn’t be in til early next week because I was already out of town. Tuesday I ran over there on my lunchbreak and after saying they didn’t have one for me, the pharmacy said they reshelved it already and could remake it if I wait(do you not have one for me, or did you reshelve it?) I told them I’d be back later or the next day and she said ok, it’s the next day same time, and the pharmacy is closed. Corporate needs to hire more pharmacists or whatever, seems like staffing would be the only reason to have random weekdays closed. Not the first time I got there to find they were just closed up when they shouldn’t be.

I gave 2 stars because I never experienced a 90-min-wait time to pick up a prescription. The staff and pharmacists are very kind. But this Walgreens needs to consider hiring more people and improving efficiency. The pharmacists need to be more familiar with the computer system as well as the filling process, too. Spending 90 minutes phoning my insurance/doctor/previous pharmacy and watching my prescription being processed among hundreds of other prescriptions —— is not an enjoyable experience. People tried to help, tho. Worth 2 stars.

I do not recommend filling prescriptions at this pharmacy. They are understaffed to the point of complete unreliability.I spent over an hour on hold on the phone to confirm that my medication is in stock and would be ready on Dec 23rd. However, when I arrived on Dec 23rd, the pharmacy was closed and I was unable to transfer my prescription.This is the 3rd time that I have experienced significant issues filling prescriptions at this location, and I do not intend to give them any business in the future despite the fact that their location is extremely convenient for me.

I do not recommend using their pharmacy. It's understaffed and very difficult to call into. I've been on phone twice today just listening to their music. The first hold was 15 minutes. My current hold time is approaching 20 minutes.

In Ithaca we are seeing a massive surge of Omicron variant cases. I go to the pharmacy to get a booster shot and they refuse to give me a vaccine without an appointment and their website for making an appointment sucks. Peoples lives are at stake and they are refusing to give people vaccines they will have blood on their hands. Very poorly run pharmacy.

Constantly packed. Never have enough people working to have things flow smoothly. Every time I need to pick up a prescription it's a 30+ minute wait. Don't waste your time coming here.
